180 g butter (80-85% fat).
400ml milk.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1 lemon.

Я бы столько не заморачивалась'чтобы готовый продукт масло снова превратить в творожный сыр'я бы намазала масло на хлеб и запила теплым молоком или приготовила бы кофе с молоком😅

Bueno habría que saber cuanto peso el queso resultante? en Colombia el costo de estos dos productos es: 180 gramos de mantequilla sale aproximadamente $10.872; 400 ml de leche pasteurizada sale aproximadamente en $1.847, para un total de $12.719, valor del queso terminado, acá la libre de queso de vaca esta por los $10.000. El peso de la masa de los ingredientes usados (mantequilla y leche) = 980 gramos restándole el porcentaje de merma o suero, pero si nosotros cuajamos 400 ml de leche nos producirá aproximadamente 57 gramos, si le sumamos el peso de la mantequilla nos darían 237 gramos aproximadamente, resultaría mucho mas caro que comprar el queso normal, lo satisfactorio es que es un queso echo en casa con todas las medidas de higiene.
Si muy bueno date, debería decir cuando queso salió al final

A good quality butter is more expensive than this type of cheese.. And standing time is 10 minutes, so the recipe is definitely not only 5 minutes..
Homemade butter is even easier to make from dairy cream with nothing wasted.

1/ Ce n'est pas du fromage, mais c'est un genre de fromage à moitié beurre. 2/ Jamais cette préparation ne sera prète en 5 min comme l'affiirme le titre de la vidéo, vu que la préparation doit reposer 2 à 3 heures avant de pouvoir la consommer.

I've been allergic to natural cheeses for years but I'm able to eat cream and butter so I think I'll give this a try. Nothing to lose.
Can you drink milk tho? Natural cheese is made from milk
@@user-qf7vi7zk4x I can't drink A1 milk. It gives me arthritis really bad. I have found if I'm careful though, I can drink A2 milk. I have only just discovered I can drink it, it's the first time I've drunk milk in decades and it doesn't seem to affect me. When I drank milk years ago, it would cripple me.
@@toni4729 I guess you can try make cheese by using A1 milk. There are many easy cheese recipe online

치즈에 대한 오해 치즈가 형성될 때 curd(유두부: 필자가 짛은)과 유청(乳淸, Whey)으로 분리 됨. 두부 만들 때 자루에 부어넣어 간수를 빼내듯, 유청을 제거합니다. 대충 제거한 것이 연 치즈(soft cheeze)이고 시간을 두고 유청을 더 제거한 것이 갱 치즈(hard cheeze)가 됩니다. 그후 오랜 기간 숙성시켜야 제맛이 닙니다. 두부에는 간수, 치즈에는 장효소 rennet 이 들어 갑니다. 아기들이 먹은 우유를 토하면 보이는 하얀 물질이 바로 치즈성분 입니다. 요즘에는 레닛대신 GDL이란 것을 씁니다. 또 오용되고 있는 용어중 리꼬따 치즈인데 이는 다시 처리했다는 이태리 용어입니다. 일차 치즈를 분리해 낸 유청을 다시 처리, 남은 유두부를 건저내 만든 치즈를 말합니다. 끝

Works fine with ordinary boiling milk (without adding butter, salt, sugar) and if citric acid crystals are used instead of lemon juice.
Citric acid is Not a bit C!! It’s Preserve & Not good for our body! Fresh Lemon juice is good but Not in to hot or even warm milk or water bcse Heat kill Vit C, thiss has to be cool down before adding Lemon juice! The same applies to drinking warm water with Lemon juice
That will be crumbly cottage cheese. This is more soft and blended

This is regular cottage cheese right? All the butter you added has gone in the whey water and is not in the cheese right? Because lemon is not an emulsifying agent. It only curdles.

Do you not stir to the bottom on purpose, it seemed like you were only stirring the top of the mixture. And do you use all of the lemon juice or only about 1 tablespoon?
