  • Trip-set takedowns are the best! My opinion wrestling, grappling takedowns aren't as efficient/embarrassing in reaction & get back 4 her/him/on the falling end as 4 shattering their ego especially when done repeatedly.✌️ & 🙏 4 VIDA Oos!
