    • @@jacobpenn8817 Well, "common knowledge", I don't know ... I thought Tommy Lee Jones was pretty amazing in The Fugitive as well. You could disagree, but at least show so much respect not to call his oscar win "robbery". Sometimes people tend to forget the Academy doesn't shovel out Oscars by the dozens. Instead only four of many marvellous actors/actresses can win each year.

    • the UK has set out to take a big role in the field of drama and branded actors and actresses for international projects because it built an empire not just for the country but as well for those who stands in line to claim their places, witch includes only a few hand selected people like Fiennes,i consider them slaves because they are financially dependent on the structure others has embraced as they continue to supply the needs of the masses to sell an idea of self worth. personally i am fed up with the corporate entities and connection between the UK and the USA because the underdogs who are equally talented doesn't receive the recognition then those who stood in line waiting to be picked up -like Fiennes. the discrimination continue to exist today in our society are not just funded but fueled by those who choose not elevate themselves and take on a new role as mentor and help others to achieve great things because they are so stuck up in their own superiority that their ego needs to be fed continuously.

Everything is in there for a reason and so many things you think are just there to give color to a character or a scene end up being pivotal plot elements as the story doubles back on itself. Lots of movies and books like to leave a great deal of loose ends, things to ponder or leave ambiguous and that's all well and good, but there's something really charming about a story that ties everything up with a tidy little bow and leaves you thinking, "Wow, that ended so neatly."
