  • I like how this guy is normal and not flashy. You know he has the dough to be rolling around in a Bentley but instead hops into his Chrysler mini van and heads to his gym. The world needs more of these kind of humble people.

Not to mention he has his own companies as well. Firas is a mad genius and as humble as they come.

And why are you blindingly following something someone told ya. Your philosophy looks made up with no afterthought or even an inquisitive mind. Nothing compared to the likes of stoicism or works of other philosophers. So why spread this disease upon the world. Havent we had enough wars yet?

    • @@moviebuffkkj8127 lol give me a verse where it justifies killing innocent people and not combatants. Do you even know what a dhimmi is? A non muslim who is a dhimmi (responsibillity) to the muslim state, where their rights of religion and and safety are protected. "Under sharia, the dhimmi communities were usually governed by their own laws in place of some of the laws applicable to the Muslim community. For example, the Jewish community of Medina was allowed to have its own Halakhic courts" What you read is your american propaganda. Muslims will not roll over either we arent pacifists, if crusaders or vikings tried to to attack our lands we will respond accordingly and without apologies. which is what happened during the rise of islam and a 100k roman army couldnt even beat a 40k muslim army. Not to mention the literal names of sciences like algebra, algorithim, alkalinity, etc.. are arabic words coined by muslim scholars from baghdad and persia.

  • The story about the emperor child was great. Firas is a wise man. I recently came up with a theory that being a human means striving towards both being comfortable and seeking resistance. We want a safe home, with a warm bed, food in our fridge, maybe a nice computer with internet and games. But then we grow bored, depressed. Like we're missing a purpose. So we need to do scary things, things that challenge us, and things that are hard and take a long time to master. We also need friendships and stable family relations, otherwise we seek towards drugs and addictive behaviors. Be uncomfortable so you can be happy.

  • 8:04 - the other son raises his hand for a high five and Firas doesn't notice. Good to know coach Zahabi makes good use of the most damaging attack in martial arts: the dreaded left-hanging high five.

  • Man....I've never trained at Tristar, but it looks like Firas has created one of the greatest training centers in the world, what a great atmosphere and you would get to train with some amazing people including the GOAT GSP! Firas seems to cultivate wisdom, and I think that is the most underrated aspect of coaching excellence, it sets people up to be better at life and to apply everything they are learning through their training to be better people.
