Filip Mešár (#48 white) picked up 2 assists on 3 shots, 2 pims, Even, 6/19 FO's. He's now got 1 goal, 10 points in 6 games. Next up the London Knights which should be a big test for Mesar and the Rangers.

Good to see Mesar stepping his game up when it matters cant wait to see how he does against one of if not best team in the OHL next series
He had a great world juniors too. I hope he gets to play with Xhekaj, Beck, Fowler and Hutson in Laval next year. We have some good pieces!

In my opinion, Mesar is really close to the NHL level, more than any hab prospect of his age and then some, but he has to put more effort in skating and shooting,because NHL does not pardon in that regard.
He's got to add mass and strength as he's so easy to push off pucks and he's had issues with consistent effort but at least he's showing improvement so we'll see how next season goes in Laval.
@@harryhood1919 What worries me most is his goals per per game stat, to be honest. there are not many players below .5 goals per game that succeed on a top 6 in the NHL, statistically. But otherwise, he looks like an NHL player almost already in many regards, and he seems to be able to play in trafic. So i will give him a chance, but if his trio does not score in pro level, i will know why. I don't want to be rude, just point to realistic expectations. But it's possible i could be wrong also of course.
