Only Daniel can call out your cards and then make the call 😂😂
He’s been doing that for years lol
Doyle is 90 this month, What a legend.
yeah its wild. he's incredible to do what he does at his age
He died.
He died numerous times already!
@@ronoc89that's my question cus I thought he died.
@@user-ft1pp6te2u : 2023. május 14., Las Vegas, Nevada, Egyesült Államok
Would love to have seen Tang's face when Dwan said out loud, "just really feels like you got it," then looked at him and made the call.
I think he got a live read
He was a little hesitated to put a bet on the turn, pull his chips back and forth a few times.
Tang’s river bet didn’t make sense because he bet on the turn as if he made a flush or at least on a draw for diamonds and then he goes all in on the river when the board pairs. If he had a flush on the turn, the board pairing should’ve slowed him down
Call at last hand was extraordinary
Negreanu calls peoples hands but always pays them off
Nothing's changed from the very first season 1 :)
He calls the likely range of things they’re representing. All players do that. He still thought he was ahead, that’s why he erroneously calls in the end.
He deserved to lose that. Such a small stack just smash it in on the flop. Dwan probably calls anyway but you can’t be trapping with an AK all the way to the river…
@@ThomasFoolery8 Yes, but he means Daniel is imfamous for telling someone what they have out loud on the river and still paying them off
doyle saying "i better leave you alone" wow what a strong poker moment. return of high stakes old time legends doesnt want to fight through the modern poker times
I think he was kidding.
he knows tom is legend
Do you know why dwan didn’t raise the river bet?
@@kg7148 dumbest quest ever
@@kg7148 why in the world would he raise?
Got to love Dwan knowing exactly what to do to get in Daniel's head.
He took Daniel for quite a bit lol. Sounds like he did very well this season.
Daniel is such a funny guy!

Doyle Brunson got trapped so hard and then said I’ll leave u alone, two legends going at it
🔥🔥🔥
That is one of the most impressive traps I've ever seen.
Tom played that hand poorly
I reckon he went easy on Doyle out of respect
Dwan: "just really feels like you got it.... *Snap calls*" hes the fkin best there is
'Simple jack, isn't that a line from tropic thunder ' got me laughing
Tom Dwan one of the best in Cash games but not so much in big tournaments.
What are you talking about? Don’t you remember his 2010 bounty bet before the WSOP tournament? He gave anyone 3-1 odds that he’d win the tournament before it began. They bet 250k that he wouldn’t win the tournament but had to cough up 750k if he did. He got down to the final table & the final 2 players, but eventually lost to Simon Watt. He was 1 call away from taking between 9 & 12 million collectively from pokers elite players, the first place prize was 600k to put it in perspective. If that’s not a great tournament player then I’m not sure what is. Not only did he get to the last 2 but he had side action bets of up to 3m outgoings based on his own ability. All that being said; if you’re one of the best cash players then why waste time winning tournaments & bracelets anyway? He’s won more in one hand of high stakes cash games than he’d make if he won the WSOP 5 years in a row. Until the WSOP organisers increase the prize money, their tournaments are generally obsolete to the best poker players in the world. Usually the best players in the world only enter big tournaments when their sponsors bankroll them or pay a % of the entry fee, or they’re hurting from a bad run in cash games. For instance I doubt we’ll see Durr enter many big tournaments in 2024; but I bet you see a lot of Negreanu who’s down about 2.2m over the last few months, Eric Persson whose down over 2m over the last month, and Nik Airball whose down 2m over the last 14 days.
tom looked at stanley after saying "just when it feels like ya got it", read him, saw the relief, called
brilliant
Will always be the premium poker show, the first 6seasons were unbeatable but love that new ones are being made too. Thanks for putting up anything HSP related. And please, omaha4 and 5 would be amazing to see too!
Stream joke at the start was hilarious, love Gabe
Daniel always tried to read... and gets served at the end🤣🤣
Worst part is first read is literally on the dot, but he went against his instincts and still fed Dwan money. Called AQ & KQ in both battles against each other.
@@LivinhItUphe only said those hands because those are the hands in durrs range that beat him, he then proceeds to go through a bunch of other hands that could possibly be in durrs range... he's wrong more then he's right but when he's right all the casuals think he's some kind of super genius. Dneggs gets way too much credit for his reads
I'm shure he had a read on Tang's hands acting, when he bets the turn and when he shoves the river.
Tom dwan the one and only true poker legend 👏👏👍
hahaha, phil ivey is there buddy

Zero bracelet though
Everyone forgets about Stu Ungar
how could he have called that last hand ... just amazing
AJ represents Tom Dwan perfectly. Doesnt always have the best hand but makes the most of it. I thought tight aggressive was the best style to win in poker but Tom proves its something else entirely. A great player to watch and emulate.
Many styles can be effective
I ve seen quite a few times over the years Daniel saying first what his opponent has and still go on to pay him off. He should really listen to himself and trust the initial feeling.
Daniel's reads are mind blowing!!
And then always pays it off.
On this episode yes, but not always and has made sick folds in past and cash in more high level tournemants than any of these guys buy a country mile....
@@DavidClark-xv7gg That's only because he plays in every single event. It's just weight of numbers. He sucks
@@jakecooper5855 Can't suck with the results he has. But Dwan def a better cash game player. He played those 10s awfully.
Unreal call on Tang, who played it perfectly. Durrr is a beast
He's repping very thin (quads). Tom is under repped
@@blank5210 he is repping flush or set with how he played it

Not really a profitable call in the long run. Queens no diamond is probably the worst holding he could have here. Blocks absolutely nothing

Amazing tom. He is the strongest in high stakes poker.
Garrett is the best
He’s barely a winning player nowadays
Tom has definitely been caught up by many of the talents out there now.
@@maxflex7447 i also believe Garret outshines everyone at the moment
Tom sucks out a lot. Watch the old ones where plays any hand catches a break. 2 hands in this video were suck outs.
Daniel is not there for the money. He's there for announcing of other players' hands.
'I better leave you alone' - what a classy compliment
Tom Dwan a beast
16:40 tom dwan "gettin to old for this" moment
announcer: tom cant call tom dwan: call 😂
Still that man of poker. Respect!
Daniel played TT and AK so passively.
Super standard believe it or not
Daniel is so fearful of losing his whole stack to Dwan on any hand, that he plays not to lose, which is a losing strategy.
A6 vs AJ reminds me a hand PI vs TD where Phil had A6 and he almost called
He also had diamonds
best hand ever
Thought the same
Alternate title : Daniel constantly loses the hand by getting rivered
i love that "i better leave you alone" from legend to legend.
"Doyle tribute!" Nice way to end it :)
I see Tom Dwan in the title, and auto click.

Yo, such an amazing job getting all this legengs together. Wish i could see them allways like that. :)) we need phil hellmuth and tony G, so it can get spicy sometimes at the table. :)))
lets hope that Hellmuth vs Tony g will happen in highstakes heads up duel , tony is getting ready :P
Dont think Tony G has ever been on High Stakes before. It would be great to see him against Helmuth, but the biggest drawcard is Persson Helmuth
"Doyle put your teeth in" 😂😂
That got me laughing so hard 😂
Dwan is hall famer
did doyle say “i’m gonna leave you alone” ? lol
18:05 - "Just really feels like you got it" - slides cards towards middle like he's going to fold while lo oking over at Tang. Then he snap puts the chips in. Perhaps a live read here?
Yeah, it's a common tactic. Does he look relieved or upset at the fold?
What a difference eh. Dwans highlights are now mostly just getting there.
The luckbox returns
Notice how the pros that don’t catch cards lose.
Amazing!!!
The call with QQs wow.

Tom is so watchable
lol at the end that kid tried to go all in and tom acting like he was stressed to call lol he knew he didnt have ish

DWAN Legend
Wow! That's the Durr we know and love.
every recent play ive seen from negreanu has been extremely passive, a lot of safe checking which isnt doin well for him
Yes I agree both hands he lost was his fault for not betting and re raising and letting tom catch his cards
Daniels not throwing away his money, he's simply gathering information
my fav player
dwan taking some plays out of daniel's book. "i think i"m beat. call."
tom is the goat.
Big brass balls to play poker Dwan has both!
The legend of Durr continues..
Great move by Tang in the last hand , Just didn't have enough to push Tom off , Tom Really called that to see the cards but more importantly his ego.
the king of cash games
Great👍
Not a populair opinion I think but Phil Ivey, I would hate to play with him. Not based on his skill but he just seems like not a fun person to have in a game. He is always looks upset, barley talks and can’t take a beat. Daniel on the other hand completely the opposite, always very talkative, fun to be around and can take a beat.
Ivey can definitely take a beat
Ivey was having fun on earlier seasons with prop bets etc. He can take a beat too, he always look very serious tho.
Rasist
Deferent personalities both are legends and fun to watch .

He’s still got game
5:47 Same hand that Dwan cracked Barry's Aces with. !!!! and won just shy of $1m
TANG IT'S OK YOU ARE A BILLIONAIRE ANYWAY LOL
How did he call that bluff vs Stanely?
Confused why Daniel check checked the flop and turn with 10s, Dwan checks the flop and turn so him having a J is prolly pretty unlikely, unless he thought maybe Tom was trapping, but both hands that and the one where it was AK vs KQ he didn't fire any barrels and let Tom get there both times....weird seeing Negreanu plays hands so passively
It makes sense he checks. Only overcarss on the river are scary, any other card and daniel’s 10s hold. So the math says check in this spot inthink
He just played it bad. You bet the turn there 100%
@@Luckyhikes you don't have to. Tom called the 3bet out of position, which means he will sometimes check even with top pair as Daniel has range advantage (although not by much). Also the pocket pair directly below the board high card should often be checked back since it needs a little less protection. Seeing Tom's hole cards, Daniel should've bet, but he obviously can't see them so I think checking back twice generally isn't bad.
Daniel is playing not to lose his whole stack on any given hand versus Dwan, which is a poor strategy. Daniel would be better off avoiding any pots with Dwan, if he is going to play scared versus him.
He knows Dwan is explosively aggressive and he is playing a low risk style against him. Basically, he is trying to crawl to a showdown because he knows Dwan is capable of some tricky post-flop plays and he doesn’t want to get outplayed. At the same time, he’s planting seeds in Dwans head that he can be bluffed and he’s passive, that way when he actually has a monster, he can get some action from Dwan.
All got durreeedddd!!
Disaat Dwan raise, disitu lawan mulai ketar ketir
Dwan rivering Negreanu twice with the queen of clubs. Gotta hurt.
