whats the music!
As someone who has spent hundreds of hours playing FS down the years from 4, 5, 98 and 2004, I've got to tell you: I'm just chomping at the bit. Flightsim's tag line, "As real as it gets" has never been more accurate. I'm filling my boots with FS2004 because it still has a lot to offer (even now), but this is the sort of realism we only dreamed about, back when. All I need to do now is win the lottery and build the rig of my dreams. To all Flightsimmers on whatever incarnation: Happy Flying, and keep safe.
Lottery? u only have to have a monitor that is capable of 30hz and minimum 1080ti and u can play everything on ultra without any stutter in 4k. Vr is also no problem.
I definitely have some fond memories of FS2004, and some add-ons from back then that I'd love to see remade for the new version, such as the Eaglesoft Citation X and the Flight1 Golden Eagle.
@@Arvidje add all of the other parts of the PC and that’s still a ton of money
As real as it gets means as real as xbox or most pc's gaming machines can whip it out. Youre right though. That Niagra Falls is the worst idea of a "feature" I have ever seen. Frozen mural looking more like it. I still enjoy the sim.
@@Arvidje You can play with a 1070 as well at very good settings
Great video! Niagra Falls is horrifyingly bad LOL.
I was thinking the same thing. Yosemite I checked out to day was terribly bad as well.
@@BlackjackCZ Yeah, the mesh isn't really good at Yosemite and it has the wrong type of trees all over. Looks more like Bolivia than an alpine region in the Rockies.
May need try to pre-download the area with high quality
they need to work on water animations
@@kityhawk2000 They need to fix bridges also. Check out the Very Large Array in New Mexico. These 20 story structures are just painted flat on the ground. Sad.
I´ve been putting so many hours into this sim since its release......I prefer flying smaller planes and just crouse around. I like how easy it is to just set a route on the globe and look for interesting places to visit. Fly low and take it all in.... Landing challanges are also very cool to do.
Me too..this sim has the graphics I dreamed for since I played FSX 8 Years ago..this is just incredible..Just bought the Aviat Husky for low & slow cruising..it makes so much fun!
Where can one find the playlist of music in this video? It was extremely relaxing
I like how Mt Kilimanjaro is in "Africa", like Tanzania isn't a thing.
Thought the EXACT same thing.
I’m shocked it’s called “Africa” and not “shithole”
they thought noone knows Tanzania
@@Mahadonation1 probably, I think you're right. But not using the name isn't helping the situation.
I noticed this as well, and I honestly wasn't too fond of it. It's ironic that Africa is literally the most ethnically diverse continent on the planet, but gets generalized and lumped together the most.
Grand Canyon was pretty accurate, could even spot some of the trails I've hiked on going to the river at the bottom.
Your joking right?
I also think it's looking good :)
@@kiancabarle123 why joking? you're aware these are scans and not just random models made by hand?
@@psychedalek i know these are scans but its just so accurate its unbelievable. Damn asobo great work
Yep photo data good but elevation details looks bad. Much smooth
I flew the 172 there yesterday. I noted that the peak of the rock is 1380' high; I flew over it at 1400', from north to south - at first I encountered moderate turbulence, but at the end I had the worst turbulence I had ever experienced! This is an accurate feature. Gib is infamous for its swirling winds causing problems for even large aircraft.
4 years and this piece of software is still freaking insane. Microsoft really outdid themselves with this. What an amazing experience this game/simulator is.
Yes I totally agree :)
Our world is not perfect, but the Earth and nature are beautiful... even when they are only pixels ;-)
dont laugh at me but this was my first "vacation" the first time when i played this game and i will never forget this time in my life. i knew i could get/fly EVERYWHERE in the world and enjoyed it because im probably never gonna see them all in real life.
Wow! That last segment was amazing flying a TBM 930 at near max ceiling - just skirting by!!!
great video, love the soundtrack as well
Music fits perfect to this beautiful footage-thanks!
Nice and calm, beautiful combo of views and music!
Absolutely stunning, thanks for sharing my friend! 🙂
Beautiful video, amazing work
Love the footage. Love the soundtrack.
Great video, great soundtrack.
This would be so relaxing to have playing on loop on the TV all night!
I often put it on autopilot and let the plane just fly for hours
Best FS2020 vid Ive yet seen
Amazing sceneries!!
great! lovely microsoft flight simulator 2020
thank you the super fitting soundtrack lol, rare for youtubers to actually pay attention to the music
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed :)
Great video, I think another cool place would’ve been Mount St. Helens
Travelled to Nicaragua in high school and visited the Volcanoes there. It was the first location I flew to and literally took my breath away.
Loved your little shout out to Facebook ;-)
I like how you casually rotated away from the broken textures on Niagara Falls.
I wasn't ashamed to show them though ;)
and there is 10000 more stunning places that you never ever heard of. earth is big place lol
I know, but I had to pick some favorites here ;)
Absolutely true
The problem is that most places look so wrong. They have modelled Greenland as a rain forrest. Look at Yosemite. Look at anything. Awful.
Really well done. Thanks!
Well done, thanks.
Great music choice! :)
Lovely!!!
Also check out the Upsala Glacier in Chile. Just east of the southern Patagonia Ice plateau. You'll recognize it by the massive red rock. It's also known as the biggest glacier in South America
Very nice.
Very nice video! Thanks!
I love the nod to FB. Nice touch
Who else is waiting for Flight sim to be released on Series X/S?
Yes. Got my series s now im just patiently waiting for this game to drop
Every time I was near mount kilimanjaro in real life (one time) and ingame (3 times) it was so cloudy you couldn't even see the damn thing.
Amazing. 😎
We might be a bit biased here, but LOVE the volcanos!
Love the tail # !!
Very cool.
Thank you!!
Its beautiful to see at the same time crazy to think, just remember every mount, every mountain, almost every single one of these places are natural occurrences and change of our earths crust due to many different forces over the period of hundreds of thousands of years. Which make me think how small and short out human species life is compared to earth, let alone the universe. We are not immortals and we are just a very very tiny and short spawn of time.
The more I watch these videos the more It made me think that humans are a cancer of this planet. .lol
@@hpharold23 people like you dont understand nature enough to know any animal given this much power would also be just as destructive or more as humans.
I agree that in many ways we are very similar to a cancer. We don’t know how to stop growing and we infest the host more and more. Especially the heavily urbanized area’s. It scares me a bit.
@@ytwos1 people who think humans act like cancer are very fucking stupid.
Definitely check out New Zealand too
I think I saw the grand canyon from that same initial view, that's crazy
Nice video, you got a sub
I have this game and never saw something so cool
Excellent video! It would have been nice if you would have included how to get there. Nonetheless, breath-taking scenery. Thank you.
and this is the game out of the box... outstanding.
It really isn't when you play it. A game is far more than some eye candy. The eye candy is crap in some areas too!
Beautiful, the Himalayas are my favorite. Niagara Falls are poorly modelled by autogen.
Go visit bora bora it's like Ravenscraig
Frans Hartman try l’île de la Reunion. There is one airport. You won’t be disapointed.
Stunning video. Thank you. Inspirational. BTW, I love the sound track. What is it?
Thanks a lot! It's copyright-free music from the YT Audio Library. What you can hear is by artists like "Dan Henig" and "Noir Et Blanc Vie".
@@SimulationChannelDeluxe Thanks for the info. I'll check it out.
Excellent video, really cool, congratulations. Could you tell me the names of the songs?? Thank you.
Can not wait to fly to these places in VR
Whoa that doesn't look anything like Devil's Tower. And I know, because I saw Close Encounters :D
yup, that needs fixing.
More like "Devil's Tooth"
Nice video, do you know if they have fixed the Installer crash bug at the TBM image yet? Thanks Laurie
It seams like you really like mountains..
I flew a 172 from KTRM to Devils Tower. It was a long cross country. I was so disappointed with the look of the Tower when I got there.
When I visited devils tower in 1993 I walked around the cylindrical tower. Flight sims versions looks like a fin! 😂
Thanks!
Love these, but have you been to the Lake District in the UK?
Apparently, Jaws díd chew through cables of the Sugar Loaf Mountain cablecard in Rio
I hope so much there will be some Addons for citys and Landscapes in better resolution
Amazing sceneries, it´s hard to define what´s real from an illusion (except for that tree-fully-bearded Sugarloaf at Rio de Janeiro, a little bit innacurate).
What's the background music title? Edit. I've found it: Dan Henig - Eternal Garden
Great video highlighting some great locations. I can't help but notice that one of the tail call signs is 'F-KUFB', which essentially reads as Eff You Facebook. Was that your doing, or are MS giving is hidden messages? ;-)
what the fuck does "eff" mean?
Wow that made me laugh, I gave the aircraft some random French tail# but didn't expect that :D
@@SimulationChannelDeluxe Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought French aircraft imatriculation was F-_ _ _ _ with the second letter being B, G or H for (or other letters for military aircraft, prototypes etc...). In other words I believe the letter K not possible
unbeliavable what this game offers
Mouth of the Columbia River at Astoria OR is pretty cool too.
VR support for Fs2020 will be the start of digital tourism and this will be a serious thing from that point on.
Nice video and you’re getting a like for how easy it was to navigate the clip and the way you broke it up and tagged it. Super stuff.
So, clearly, you have put a lot of effort into this. This is an awesome video! But, if you're using a German registration for the TBM 930, the second letter should be a F instead of E, due to its maximum takeoff weight. E is for rather small planes such as a 152 or 172. :)
Oh okay thank you, didn't know that :) Glad you like the video.
we need a video now on places to steer completely clear of at this stage!
Anartica would take #1
Hi Friend. Good to see this video. Can you tell me How I get some new planes like Boeing 787.. 737.. With Qantas and Jetsar like Kangaroo...
Looks pretty cool, can’t wait to play it myself!! Any chance I could get the name of the song at 9:40? Thank you for the video!
Phénomène - Skarib
Qwerty 👏🏻
Great list! Maybe next time would be cool to experiment with different sky settings? The mid-day blue sky can be a bit boring visually (I think anyway :) ) Great vid!
I tried to add variety, there are some morning/evening shots as well... But thanks :)
i must play this game i don't have the specs but am working towards getting a better pc by the way great video and when would you start streaming on ms2020
Actually we did one livestream in FS2020 already ;) kzhead.info/sun/mMV9YKmLa5RuqqM/bejne.html
@@SimulationChannelDeluxe alright cool
my specs are 8 gigs of ram a gtx 770 4gigs vram and a i5 processor i can play on medium settings 45 frames a second and only lags the first 30 seconds when loading the world.
make me wanna travel
Some of the places are really great if you don‘t know them in RL.
Like lots of people too!😁
Great scenery, great flights! The drone scanning needs smoothing out a bit though
Check out Mount Taranaki, New Plymouth, New Zealand.
i like to land on top of some mountains. flat places with snow
Wonderful video. What are the names of the soundtracks?
Glad they updated some scenery because Niagra Falls and Devils Tower don’t look like that
Yes indeed, this video was recorded before they released the North America update.
Great video !! Just a question .. during installation can I choose the HD where to install ?? it can be a different from the one where I installed the OS ?? Or by default it will choose one and it can not be changed ?? Which one y might recommand ? Tks for reply
Andrea Tatini Yes you can - I purchased a new 500Gb drive solely for installing FS2020 on. The base game was about 90Gb download for me and I want a lot of spare space to use for the cache.
Yes you can install the sim on any drive you have, that can be chosen before installation starts. Also the big cache directory can be freely assigned to any drive. Cheers
XD When you have the whole world you have to look up vids to see were to go!
WOWW
What's the song at 5:01 would really be appreciated, also a very nice video, very relaxing.
You are a fan of mountains ;-)
Where around mont blanc is that blue, can't see it anywhere, amended weather to lol.
They really need to update their maps, I was flying over stuff around my country in Canada and the sat pics are from 10yrs ago
Google maps can be the same. We were looking a buying a house in a city (so not in the sticks) and the google streetview image was from 2010 and the house had the roof from "2 roof's ago" xD
So you are saying we are actually looking as MSFS2010. Pretty good looking game for the day!
Depends on where you are. I flew over Edmonton and I could actually see a construction site with open excavation that I worked on 2 years ago and all the haul roads. Was pretty crazy.
Advise everybody to go to Mt. Pinatubo and head behind the exploded volcano to see some glorious view.
Another I would suggest is Mt. St Helens
Very good and creative work! Would better if a better thumbnail is made for it!
Which scene would you recommend for the thumbnail?
Simulation Channel Deluxe Personally I prefer the Vietnam Bay with fog and aircraft in the foreground.
Any of the 17 would be great - perhaps something that the most people would recognise.
@@handlebard I like Gibraltar Rock a lot ;) Quite an eyecatcher imo
Unfortunately the Devil's tower in the game looks absolutely nothing like the real one. Same with Rushmore. Hopefully MS FS team goes back and gets little things like that corrected.
yeah Devil's Tower looks like ass
that's up to bing maps to fix
I cannot wait until this game gets DX12 support & Raytracing
How can you get such a good graphic? I have rtx 2070 8gb vram i9-9900kf and 4k monitor but my buildings trees and landscapes look so bad. Is it because i have 16 GB RAM only instead of 32 GB???
I just want to add that if people dont want to play you can click the top action bar and set the plane to Co Pilot so you can enjoy the views.
Thanks for the hint :)
May I know what sort of application you use to recording
I'm using NVIDIA Shadowplay to record. Cheers
Did you try to overcome altitude of Everest to passover under wings it? Not enough of aircraft power?
It was very close to the max altitude of the TBM 930 ;)
The music about made me fall asleep
