Sugary drinks and foods, refined wheat products like white bread, bacon :(, potato chips, beer, icecream, margarine Aka, plastic fats that wreck the gut, pepperoni pizza- triple whammy, diet drinks fry your brain too, instant noodles, high omega-6 seed oils, french fries, white rice because of sugar spikes, cheescake 😢, because of high fats and sugar, corn fed meats. All these have negative effects because of triggering cytokines, AGEs, and we can add insulin spikes to the list. Eat for health, not just pleasure.

Yes I have been doing my own studies on myself and your studies are what I have found also. I've been disabled because of my Authorities in my lower back. The Doctors just want to push pills that either make it worse or don't work for me at all. So I just get the advice and go do my own research. 😁

I'm 58 I've got 4.5 years eating whole foods. I play the guitar NO Pain in my fingers anymore or anywhere in my body. yesterday I knocked off 200 loops on my jump rope. Today I'm kickin ass. 50 years of drug abuse, alcohol, cigarettes. and here I am in the promise land. You can do it! 100% pain free. Food is Medicine. Very good video. Thank You. Yes. There is one thing that hasn't been mentioned, and that is coffee. When I drink coffee it effects my hands/joints. The other thing is VitB's when I am low in these my thumb joints swell. When I take them the swelling goes down and pain goes. This was a great video. Thanks heaps 😊🙏

Our ancestors live long until 100 years old and they ate rice in breakfast, lunch and dinner.. there's no problem regarding the rice .. what we eat now are almost all with chemicals...they injected the meat and spray the vegetables with chemicals which can be shorten our lives...our ancestors before ate the organic foods ...no oysters sauce, no Ajinomoto, no soy sauce and others ingredients...they only used garlics, red onions, ginger, tomato, turmeric, basil leaves, salts, black pepper, brown sugar, organic vegetable, fish and meat...I will try to imitate my ancestors soon😊

As you said our food are bombarded by chemicals ,like rice before it will take 6 months to harvest now the rixe we ate are force by the chemicals to harvest soon (max 3 months).

A very informative video on the whole. The only thing I disagree with is the claim that grass-fed cattle is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. Although the grass may contain thes fatty acids, much of it goes to waste in the mtabolism of the animal. The better choice is chia seeds or an aldae product.
Damn with gout, kidney, and arthritis problems almost nothing can be eaten that doesn’t affect you one way or another….sawdust seems to be the only thing you can eat.😤

I have uncontrolled rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis and on warfarin for blood clot in femoral artery, I also have a filter in bedded in my IVC which they couldn’t remove and has caused severe swelling in my veins. I also have chronic anaemia,dystonia and a pneumothorax of my left lower lobe of lung and have to have lung drained regularly , my doctors can’t be bothered to do anything else I’ve tried so many treatments and they just make me ill all I am taking is oxypro and oxynorm for breakthrough pain which doesn’t do much I cry myself to sleep every night I can’t walk now I’m 59yrs old I was diagnosed at 45 I diagnosed myself as my drs didn’t think I had RA until I had all the tests. All the treatments caused other problems I had to have an emergency hysterectomy and they did breast biopsies as they found abnormal cells but ended up I suffer with mastitis I need help to control the pain and swelling
