Today I propose to prepare a simple and delicious recipe with meat. My whole family will love this recipe. I make dinner like this very often! How easy and delicious dinner can be. Our whole family loves this tender and juicy meat and potatoes because it is easy to prepare and incredibly tasty.
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 kg pork neck
2 medium onions
Salt, black pepper
~ 200 ml cucumber pickle
~ 200 g pickled cucumbers
1 large pepper
3-4 stalks of celery
some vegetable oil
3-5 potatoes
300g mozzarella
300 g sour cream
100 g mustard beans
Parmesan
80g melted butter
Cover with damp parchment and foil
Bake for approx. 60-70 minutes at 200°C
Remove the foil and allow the potatoes to brown
The dish turns out juicy and incredibly tasty!
