  • I recently upgraded to the X1C from my Lulzbot Mini from 2016. That machine still prints PLA perfect. I never had to really tinker with the printer. After sitting in a box for a couple of years and enduring two moves, I took my Lulzbot mini out of the box, fired it up, and ran a test print. It came out perfectly! X1C feels like that, just mostly plugin and play and straight forward to use. I'd rather be on KZhead watching CAD tutorials and not watching, "how to fix "

    • Yeah, that what I like Bambu lab printerts the most. While I doing design, I would rather focues designing and get the parts from printer, rather than fixing the machines.

  • Haha, the outtake is funny. Good video, and I think sticking with a tried and true format (intro, details, etc) made it more professional.

  • The build plate temp of the P1 series goes only up to 100c, X1C to 110c. Printing PC you absolutely need 110c to get higher chamber temps. Or you have to mod the P1 with a PTC chamber heater.

    • I’m sure you’re being sarcastic but for people who don’t get that, don’t wait for tech to release because then you can always justify waiting for the next version.

    • @@limitedhangoutlive No I'm not sarcastic, new Bambu printers are soon to be released, x1 is the oldest, don't spend that much money on that.

    • @@eaman11 was about to pull the trigger on an X1C but I’d rather wait, not in a rush. So as of this comment, the 2024 flagship has not been announced right? Flagship to me means it should beast the X1C, NATO like the A1 that just came out, right?

  • Yes every KZheadr talks about her, yes every influencer talks about her. The only thing Bambulab does well is marketing. The quality of the product can easily be doubted, it is simply a polished beauty from China, a dubious opaque bussiness from somewhere in the Far East. No one knows what is in the printer, no one knows where it is made and what it is made of. Print quality, filament consumption (amount of waste), questionable internet connection where you don't know where and for whom your data is. For me the clear choice in 2024 is the Prusa XL, it is the only printer that can be compared to the X1C and in this comparison it is a better solution in everything. In this case, a big NO for me
