Attitude Era was trash for wrestling. It was just talking and cool teenage stuff. I enjoyed it as a teen but as a grown up I look back and prefer early 90's wrestling and ruthless aggression over it. Attitud Era was Jerry Springer. Tons of filler, a lot of bad starts or Stone Cold over and over. that's just me. I'm in my 40's so I been watching since the 80's. Promos in the late 80's with Jake, Mr. Perfect, Rick Rude, Piper etc. were much better than the Attitude Era ones. The Rock was always a boring promo talker who just talks fast but slow talk Rock was okay. Stone Cold and Jericho were gold on the mic. I think the Attitude Era is just got a lot of nostalgia shades on it because of the entertainment. The wrestling was overall trash as well as the in ring storytelling. Hoping it improves but Raw was pretty shitty last night. AEW is pure trash. Something needs to change

I do think they are trying more but they just do spot fests. I would prefer how the cruiserweights did it in WCW for those size they are. Those cruiserweights back knew how to wrestle and tell a story in the ring. Jumping off ladders into glass is so 1999.

Attitude Era was trash for wrestling. It was just talking and cool teenage stuff. I enjoyed it as a teen but as a grown up I look back and prefer early 90's wrestling and ruthless aggression over it. Attitud Era was Jerry Springer. Tons of filler, a lot of bad starts or Stone Cold over and over. that's just me. I'm in my 40's so I been watching since the 80's. Promos in the late 80's with Jake, Mr. Perfect, Rick Rude, Piper etc. were much better than the Attitude Era ones. The Rock was always a boring promo talker who just talks fast but slow talk Rock was okay. Stone Cold and Jericho were gold on the mic. I think the Attitude Era is just got a lot of nostalgia shades on it because of the entertainment. The wrestling was overall trash as well as the in ring storytelling. Hoping it improves but Raw was pretty shitty last night. AEW is pure trash. Something needs to change

@@Izzy-hm4zn AEW hasn't done anything fun or entertaining since the initial couple of PPVs. I'm 6'3 and in better shape and taller than most of them. If they had any presence I would pay attention. I do think they are trying more but they just do spot fests. I would prefer how the cruiserweights did it in WCW for those size they are. Those cruiserweights back knew how to wrestle and tell a story in the ring. Jumping off ladders into glass is so 1999.

I get and like the storyline part of it.. but even after 25 years of being a fan, I never understood why can't they just have a legitimate match and a winner/champion..they can have two different storyline endings, depending on the outcome..it would draw more viewers and make pro-wrestling a serious sports topic.

Vince was still in charge during that time, too many last minute scripts changes etc. When Vince retire for the 1st time, it got better. Came back, got kinda worst. Then retired again, got way better now.
