Is this a case of a dude just allowing an opponent to play his game? Seemed like Suzuki didn’t know what to do about those kicks and he just played at Nong’s speed. And he’s just standing in range?

He only seemed to know one defence against that kick and it wasn’t working for him, he just has to expand his defensive knowledge a bit, a fighter should know multiple techniques for defending against any single move to prevent this sort of thing from happening.

Nong O' technique is just so basic. It just so happened because Suzuki did not make adjustments. He keeps putting himself in Nong O's kicking reach. He should have either spring his way close to charge punch combinations or just counter Nong O's kick with kicks also. It appeared Suzuki doesn't know how to kick.
