    • You probably used underripe avocados. Use slightly overripe ones and add some maple syrup/sweetener and it should come out like an actual dessert.

  • For those questioning the banana pancakes - it does "kinda" work. My hubby and I make them every Sunday. However, they are extremely mushy and hard to flip, and they are kinda custard-y. To make it more pancake like, its best to add flour or a little bit of actual pancake mix. :) Hope this helps!!

    • I have them all the time. Dont make it as one big one tho, fry small ones when u spoon the mixture into the frying pan. U can add baking powder if u like but I don't always. The edges get crusty if u leave them fry then flip when one side is cooked. They are not American style pancakes, they are flat but nice

  • I’m sorry but I will NEVER eat a cake that had MAYONNAISE in it. Ever. Edit: I have in fact now seen several times that mayonnaise is commonly used as a substitute for other ingredients. It still sounds gross as heck. Mayonnaise, in general, is pretty gross lmao

    • I've substituted mayo for the oil in a packaged cake mix before. It was so moist. Yummy !!! Family thought it was great and on their 2nd s UNTIL l told them it was mayo...they didn't eat anymore 😪
