    • this fight is exactly what i hate about boxing;(as a boxing fan of many years) the corrupt nature of it- it was clear from the onset that Valdez team had the ref in their pocket- valdez fought a great fight except for all the holding and grabbing, he was never warned or penalized for it, and it made it almost impossible for berchelt to track him down; he would work so hard to cut him off and then instantly held by valdes(that was just not fair) after getting rocked early, berchelt was making a comeback and even dropped valdez with a bodyshot, but it was not counted, he was making a comeback here, and then valdes tied him like 30 more times. Berchelt was not allowed to fight by the ref, he was fighting 2 people in there. boxing is corrupt as fuck and 1 advantage is huge inside the ring. That ref was paid off. Just like floyd had most refs in his pocket before fight.

    • @@alicasoto4497 , You are 💯 WRONG. #1, the Ref Mora, did warn Valdez about the rabbit punches but they were only two that were obvious to the eye and non intentional. #2, it was not a knockdown that dropped Valdez. Berchelt actually hit him with a low blow and then the push down. The other was a slip because of all the water in the red corner. #3, the grabbing and holding is actually a defensive tactic and part of Boxing. Valdez did do it, but it was few and far between. I don't like it myself. But Valdez did not over do it. Sorry, but you must be watching with a biased eye and already being subjective before the fights even start. • It's scary dude, if he can develop like canelo...he will be dangerous for anyone..I wanted my fellow filipino mark magsayo to fight valdez before this berchelt fight..but valdez has shown he's on another level..just goes to show, never judge a fighter with their past fights...early canelo struggled alot in his past fights at welter..but now he's he's a damn beast of a fighter now..Respect to Eddie Reynoso

    • Same I was expecting a slugfest. didn't think Oscar would stay disciplined enough to stay boxing throughout the whole fight but he proved me wrong! Definitely a better performance from Reynoso and Oscar than what Reynoso and Ryan did. You can actually see that Oscar tried to do everything that Eddy told him

He fucken surprised me. Looks like he has implemented game plan and finally conquered the emotional fighting. I dont see Shakur winning this Valdez. Because Valdez will not show him respect and will walk him down.
