The "hide app pages" is my favorite, didn't even know that feature existed in iOS.
The calc deleting digits function was there for agesss i think i did this on my iphone 6😂

6:00 honestly that history screen is the best. I always use Shazam in the control center but then always used to take screen shots to save it… what a life saver
If you long press on the shamzam icon in control center it will also show a list of all the recent listening results :)

That calculator thing is mind blowing. I use the calc app often enough and always found it odd how the watch version has a delete/backspace button but the phone version didnt. Glad to know there truly is one even if its not a physical button
the phone version doesn’t have a backspace button on it, but if you click and drag your finger from right to left it will delete the last input number

8:19 you can also press and hold lock + volume button together.
If you’re trying to send someone the temperature you can hold down the “0” (zero) key on the keyboard and it will show you an option for a degree symbol. 100° 😊

Actually, the tip on the Measure app proved most helpful. Not because I want to see how tall someone is, but as a golfer, a popular betting game is to pay money to whoever gets closest to the hole (pin)on par 3’s. Many times it is hard to tell who is the closest, so we are trying to step it off or use the flag stick to measure. I tested this with a couple golf balls and a pretend hole and it works perfectly, my friends are going to be so impressed! ❤

I watch videos on safari in another language (not English) With some of the videos there isn’t any subtitles in English. What app do I use to get English subtitles while watching a video on Safari? Does anyone have ideas on how to quickly make to do lists? I first tried telling siri "remind me to buy more staples" and it asks me when to remind me, which made me realize I need a method to add to a To Do list quickly when on the go (rather than actual reminders at some specific later time). I'd like to be able to do it by voice command because it's fast

4:38 Android has this as default. Didnt know that ios has this as a non default-on. "Hidden". lol even more lol after doing some research, this seems to be from the ios 16 update. Android had that atleast with 4.4.2(2013)

I don’t even waste time typing in the numbers when I need to figure out an equation. I just ask Siri what I want to know and she spits out the answer without me even having to touch my phone. You’re welcome.
