This has gotta be one of the best metal discoveries i've made in years... what a record, absolutely unhinged, just the way I like it.
This band is not getting even close to the attention they deserve. They keep on outdoing themselves with every release. They had my AOTY in 2019 with Scissorgod, and now they have my AOTY in 2021 with Doppelherz

can hear a clear inspiration from "Killing Technology"/"Dimension Hatröss" era Voivod but with way more gothic and post-punk elements, both of which are always a plus - I also like that their artwork+lyrics resemble those of no other band I can think of

And no I don't think the image on the cover has anything to do with King Crimson. I think it's just your personnal assumption and you are exposing it as fact. Now what is that Urgehal song so I can see how identical they are?
