Reminds me so much of the excitement, chaos, and fun my wife and I had when we moved into our dream house 3 years ago, All the same feelings. By the way, a big moment is when you have your cable tv installed and activated. No home feels like a home until you have tv and internet access. lol
We had to wait a couple days for our internet to switch over and it was PURE BLISS!!

How much your house cost?
These kind of houses literally for young ones, like Starting a life together.perfect for you guys… stairs is a no no for oldies like me. I’m 38 lolz but i like bungalow houses. So lucky you have your parents helping you out.. i admire all the people i know with loving parents. Coz you know not everyone have one.
I'm currently in the process of moving into my first apartment. It's definitely a lot of work, but I'm trying to reduce the amount of stuff I keep. I'm doing it all myself though. I'm far too cheap and picky to hire movers. If I move everything myself, I know it'll get put in the right place, and I know it won't get broken. And if it DOES get broken, it'll be my fault, which means I can't get angry at anyone else, which means less hassle.

i recently moved as well. i also had parents that helped us a lot. we moved everything and put everything up in the same day (but we live a lot smaller than you do). i understand that it is both exhausting and exciting 😍

Just try to remember this is temporary. All this chaos and the boxes and the stuff and…., have only one outcome to get sorted, it’s only a matter of days basically. Boxes will eventually be emptied, stuff will eventually find their place in or out of the house and so on…,. So keep calm and carry on one step at the time.
It must be an Asian thing. 😂 my fiance and I are in the process of remodeling our new home so we have no curtains until we are done remodeling. My have covered our windows with whatever they can find like wood boards.

How do you guys split finances? Ex: 50/50? 60/40? I’m curious how couples are managing relationships if a partner makes more than the other.
For me its a split on the essentials (rent, water, net, etc) then everything else is an on going discussion on who's paying for more groceries this week, and other similar conversations.

I didn’t believe it at the beginning then it fell down and my mom had health issues then we put a new one back up and she had got better 😅 it doesn’t hurt lol 😆 even though I’m Americanize too lol 😝.

That is your dream house? Like you literally dreamt of a 3 story condo, most dream of an actual home with a front and back yard, white picket fence, etc. That home seems so small with just a few people in it. Just keeping it real
