  • Man, choose a few combinations and practice them. Don't wave your arms and legs just like that. Make a combination and immediately defend, or defend with a subsequent combination. Use your elbows and knees too. Turn on the timer and work for 3 minutes with a minute of rest. Make each round different from the previous one. For example, the first round is handwork only, the second round is elbows and knees, and so on. Structure the training on the bag. Success.
