United 232 (read des if not known)

United 232 was a DC-10 until the back engine failed (engine 2) losing the rudder and the elevator making the plane go only right and not left (if I’m correct) after that the plane went to Sioux City Airport btw this happened in 1939 on a Wednesday looking like UA232 was landing normally but soon close to the runway UA232 turned right and crashed on runway 33 I think only what GPWS said “whoop whoop pull up whoop whoop pull up” with all the crew in the cockpit survived (yes this is true) #UA232 #planecrash #plane #unitedairlines
