4500 Steps! 👣 Beginner WALK & DANCE 🪩 Workout 💃🏻 (45 Min) 🎵
Get ready to have fun and get 4500+ steps in! This walking workout includes all low impact cardio exercises that are fun and easy to follow. We will alternate 30 seconds of walking in place with 60 seconds of another heart pumping exercise. Some of these moves are dance inspired so the workout is fresh and never boring! The moves are also set to the beat of the music to encourage us to keep up the pace, but of course feel free to slow down and go at your own pace if needed. I've included a short Disco section and a short Latin section to spice things up! I hope you love this video and get a great workout.

Amazing! 45 minutes flew by in a flash! The walk was a success! An added bonus for me was that my brain worked really hard to keep track of multi-faceted exercises and train hard. I am new to your channel and have already noticed that each exercise consists of many movements and therefore the brain also works hard, just like when solving complex crossword puzzles. As usual, you made a long workout fly by. Your joy is infectious. Yes. I got very sweaty. For some reason, many moves were like patting my head and rubbing my belly. I would think I had it down, then my limbs would be in absolute chaos. I literally laughed out loud several times! 😂❤

This was my favorite workout of yours so far! Loved the longer length, but did have some trouble following all the dance moves. My only suggestion would be to add a pop up window showing the next move during our 30 second walk. Being a visual learner, that is vital for me to follow. Thanks for the variety and great tips for good form!

I think it was the longer segments. I’m used to your segments being 45 seconds and they just fly by. 1 minute felt super long on some of the moves.
