    • I do like your introductory courses to Russian, seems to target exclusively native English speakers however, English is my third language, so I certainly am not going to code Cyrillic letters into mind through English, but I'm interested in learning Russian for a few reasons, basing myself on my first and possibly second language, so I'll do that locally now :)

  • For me, as an American, the best part of her lessons are telling us to put our tongue on the back of our front teeth. I have been using multiple resources in my endeavor of learning the Russian language. That tip has been especially beneficial. It seems to be the connection that was missing for me. Beyond that, her methods are logical and methodical. One of the best teachers I've come across.

    • basically letter is the building block to create sound. first I want to talk about the word, biathlon (english), over here we write biatlon compare to биатлон. However your "o" in биатлон, deep sounded where the "o" in biatlon is light sounded. Interesting. Over here we use double consonant when writing words originating from ARAB word like GHaib, that would obviously different from Gaib, the consonant H modified the consonant G. I hope this help.

Germans are rarely patient (maybe friends and family are, but the general public does not appreciate dealing with your ineptitude) and aren't able to understand you if you don't nail the phonetics of every word. Russians are so chill and so helpful and gentle and lovely about your efforts. I was so impressed and have found learning the language so much easier because of that acceptance. Russians though, are just generally really lovely people in my opinion :D Thanks for being a great teacher!
