Would you want this Built Land Rover Defender 110? Off-road Rig Walkaround | FIX BREAK REPEAT
Welcome to another episode on FIX BREAK REPEAT! Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes at Rigged For Dirt, our monthly gathering in the heart of Laguna Hills, CA. This “First Saturday’s” event unfolds in the expansive parking lot of Coffee Dose coffee shop, a local favorite.
Our spotlight today falls on an extraordinary machine, a 2020 Land Rover Defender 110. But this is no run-of-the-mill Defender. This vehicle has been transformed into an unparalleled offroad warrior, a testament to cutting-edge design and unrelenting resilience. Already impressive in stock form, Gary Wells has embarked on this never ending journey to push this vehicle to its limits with more mods and upgrades in store for the future.
Armor-clad with sturdy Lucky 8 rock sliders and a robust Rhino front bumper, this 2020 Defender can navigate the most formidable terrains with ease. And when darkness descends, a powerful light bar fitted with four brilliant Baja Designs LP9’s lights up the way, pushing back the night and letting adventure continue unabated.
Inside, the future of overlanding technology is at your fingertips. A state-of-the-art Redarc power management system harnesses and controls the energy necessary for your journey. Behind the tailgate, an ingeniously designed camp kitchen awaits, turning any remote location into a gourmet cooking experience.
Above, the iKamper rooftop tent is a sanctuary amidst the wilderness. Nestled high above the ground, this cozy retreat is the perfect place to rest under a star-studded sky after a day full of adventure.
At the helm, a dashboard rail system serves as the command center, offering connectivity and control, keeping you tuned into your offroad excursion. Amidst all this, a comprehensive collection of recovery gear stands ready for any challenge, because the road less traveled often has a few surprises in store.
This 2020 Defender 110, laden with adventure and utility, encapsulates the essence of overlanding: an exquisite blend of exploration, convenience, and a readiness to confront the elements head-on. All made easier with a front mounted winch and on-board recovery gear including all of the tracks, shackles and ropes to help get out of any day that decides to fight back. We hope this intimate tour fuels your wanderlust and equips you for your own journey into the wild.

Bullbar looks hot! Glad we were able to help you with that 💪🏾👊🏽

One of the best new defender set ups I’ve seen, great attention to detail with mods 👌👌👌👍👍👍
She is a beauty.
One of the best build I have ever seen. Great job mate.
nice and clean build, congratz :D
Great quality video
Defender Rocks!!!
Absolutely love it 💯👍
Bull bar is mint
a clean build
Yes, it will greatly improve my mental health.
its a beast
Really nice and great work 👍 I am not designer expert , but one day will buy a modified car like this. ❤❤❤
Pure happiness
I had one when they released. I used it for car camping and light exploring, but don't think I'd spend money to equip it with sliders and M/Ts on it. I did have a dual battery setup though! Just my personal preference. I'm not knocking this gorgeous build. I like to tackle tough technical stuff and disliked all the wheel lifting it did, where they are fully independent suspension. It was a blast for EVERYTHING else! Rallying on dirt roads, car camping and road trips is where they shine!
Very good defender
Amazing car Bro ❤
Love that fromt bumper
can it take a turn? 😂 Those wheels look cool.
BEAUTIFUL CAR LAND ROVER DEFENDER SPORTS OFF ROAD EXCELLENT MODEL
MONSTER♥️
What size tires are they? True 35s or something metric? I assume just lifter rods and intercooler relocation to clear?
Nice job 👌 Is the colour eiger grey ? Do you mind sharing the interior/trim details pls ?
I hope this is prep for a world trip, and not merely to impress his mates at the caravan park like so many other money guzzling projects people undertake out of boredom for which they'll never get decent use out of or be reasonably compensated for upon future sale. But hay, it looks nice. 😂
Me i would love it !!!!!
This is good for the african terrain more especially on anti poaching operations for the Lower Zambezi National Park escarpment
What mounting brackets did you use for the awning?
Want? I'd love it. But secretly I am always concerned about LR letting me down as an owner of older ones that you could at least repair LR Defender 110, 130, Disco 1 and 3. I've closed the book on the brand but just love them from a distance!
What happens when you lift it up manually how the suspension button will work inside?
nice front bumper, is that available in the USA
please send link for that slide system in the back please
Do you still have it what tires do you have on it?
Nice! Still has the air suspension?!
Yes we can lift New Defenders and keep full travel up and down and retain air susp
I got mine with no third row and 18" steel wheels from the factory.
Mpg?
Giving a light just for the opening comment of “let’s see much money you’ve dumped into this thing“. Has a lot of us in this hobby know, there are very few, if any cheap upgrades to make it a more off-road, worthy vehicle, whether we have a General Motors product, a Chrysler product, a Toyota product, etc..
How much sir?
Love V8 diesel sound good
V8 diesel don't think so
LR only offer P300 2 litre turbo 4 cylinder petrol motor Or P400 3 litre straight six petrol Or P525 5 litre Supercharged V8 petrol in USA 3 litre straight six diesel options available OS
😮
Love V8 diesel
I love the new look of the defender 110 but I think i would choose the new GX550 for reliability.
yeah, but then you'd be driving around in a GX550 and people would see you.
@@jimdotcom1972 with the focus on driving not broke down somewhere
@@TripodFrancois best looking guy at the side of the road 😂
@@jimdotcom1972 No, i drive toyota. 😂 (although your statement is correct 3 times, had a Italian motorbike for to long)
all it takes is money money!!!
Why didnt you just use portals
The rear end is sagging
It’s a shame they spend most of the time on the hoist at the mechanic shop
Sassy
I would want it if it was free, then sell it and buy a built LC200 series or 300 series LX600.
