  • Hey Roman, the reason you may not be getting as much benefit from your eye drops is that ideally you want to apply the drops and close the eye, avoiding blinking (to avoid loss of medication). Put your head down to allow the medication to go onto the cornea (front of the eye) for 2-3 minutes. It also helps to use your fingers to block the tear ducts to avoid loss of medication that way as well. Hope this helps. Please Like so Roman sees this so he stops wiping out all of the medications lol

  • Quit smoking cigarettes was the easiest thing in my life, all it took was my girlfriend telling me she was pregnant and I stopped smoking on that exact day. And have been nicotine free for 5 years now.

  • I've been in recovery from an eating disorder that almost very much took my life, & I've noticed my weight has gotten a little too low again so my "goal" is to not lose anymore weight & even gain some. So I've started slowly adding some things to my daily meals in hopes that it will help. It's a mental challenge more than it is a physical one. I hope everyone excels at whatever their goal is too!! ☺️☺️👍👍👍❤️💓

  • Brit! Sleep with a shirt a couple nights so your smell gets into it. Give it to Cora at night so she can smell as if you are next to her. It's a family trick that we pass down from generation to generation. Like so Roman and Brit can see!!!!

You are a great visionary for film Roman. Hopefully you have some projects thought up for filming. Love the honesty and watching you live the " real life" Take the whole 90 days speach you had in the begining. I thought you guys where all like non drinkers what ever it was. Nice to hear that you also struggle with things in live. It is the greatest motivation to see you guys taking control and responsibility over you'r life and making changes.   • Hey Roman this is my goal: All my life I have been a negative person but 3 months ago I improved my life and I feel happy but at school my classmates are not really motivated to do things so everyday till the end of the year each class (7 classes) I will leave a letter of motivation for kids to read and hopefully they will be inspired to do something positive in their life....I want to inspire them like you’ve inspired me Roman. But I won’t let them know that I wrote them because I just want to see the changes but with no recognition. THANK YOU FOR INSPIRING ME ROMAN!!!

  • For me I've gotten injured and stopped running/working out for almost 2 years while recovering (multiple long term injuries), but now I'm trying to start back into that lifestyle. Just going for a few workouts is the most I've been able to do, but I need something consistent even when I don't have company
