  • Besides being a great chef, Jose Andres is a great humanitarian. As founder of World Central Kitchen, he's been the heart and soul of an organization that has fed a lot of people in dire straits. They are my number one recipient of charitable contributions. He sadly lost seven WCK staff members to an Israeli air strike yesterday while trying to feed people in Gaza. These people willingly go where most people would not. Please support World Central Kitchen.
