A huge elephant has been spotted with a huge hole in the base of its trunk.
Perdita Lübbe-Scheuermann was on safari in Sabi Sands, South Africa, at the end of 2023 when she spotted a very unusual animal.
Fascinating footage shows the female elephant wandering near a waterhole showing off a massive gap in the base of her trunk, just below her eyeline.
