Just how GOOD was Ronaldinho Actually?
Ronaldinho is a major football icon, everyone knows that, but how good was he actually?
Third episode of a documentary series where I plan to present all the greatest players of all time and then give them a score so a ranking of the best players can be created. In this episode we take on Ronaldinho, but how does he stack up among the greatest of all time.
Leave a like if you remember any of these iconic moments

Ryan giggs
Great work. Please also try Arjen Robben or Paul Scholes (people really need to shed light on Scholes; a player so highly regarded by his Legendary peers but never talked about much).
Plz make a video about Jay Jay okkoche 🙏
Did you ever considered essien, Kante, risee, ryan giggs, scholes, Gatuso, Falcao, Luca Toini, Willy Sangol
Lahm, Ze roberto, Grafite, Edin Dzeko, Manice, Gary Neville, Carragher. Pepe Reina. Valderrama.
He brought happiness to Barcelona after the grim Gaspart years. He lacked discipline so he didn't last but his arrival was a godsend. Most importantly he was the GOAT's mentor.
he literally woin everything and made Barca resurge
He was the only player I was sitting in front of TV just to watch his magic. He made people happy watching him, no matter which team you supported. He bringed joy to fans, football was art, it was magic in his feets. I was forgetting my troubles just by watching him, there will never be such player anymore.
at his peak, this guy was UNSTOPPABLE.
Without roni, could barca would of survive with Xavi and Iniesta? Highly doubtful, roni is a game changer! Forever remembered!
Ronaldihnio was needed to change Barca's fate that was sinking since Figo left.
@@KdDevil14 exactly it would of been different had he joined ManU
@@hy8482 if he joined ManU, Ronaldo would have joined Barca
@@KdDevil14 how?
@@hy8482 that transfer window saw Barcelona signing Dihnio and United signing Cristiano. Both clubs showed interest in both players and it could very easily have been the case that Barca would sign Cristiano had Ronaldihnio not signed with them.
Great vid bro, you remind me of Raymar Football a lot, keep it up you earned a sub
Thanks, he was one of the channels who inspired me to start making this sorta of content
was thinking the same thing
@@DailyDoseOfFootballYT i came back here to tell you, you are now better than him
Much better with the new narration
i forgot how much I loved some of these players you do videos about, Vllla, Ronaldinho, kaka etc. Makes me want to get in shape to play again
Its a good story but Ronaldinho shouldn't be documented for only 13 minutes you have missed many important videos from the legend
Great video once again, but somehow I feel he should have a higher score (despite the fact that I agree with your topic acessments). I would create a special category just for him - Magic - and give him a 10, thus reaching 90. Great channel.
I meant assessments. Tuga's mistake.
Agreed, I mentioned what I'm thinking of doing in your comment on the Figo video, BTW flair is pretty much the magic attribute
You should add a prime score or of 20.. Prime Ronaldinho was majestic
mentality was his strongest - always a smile. also speed and physicality a 6? how did he k eep possession if he was not strong? he was lightning fast also. its your opinion but i think you want to be accurate so i'll give mine where i see some errors :) great channel.
With mentality, I think he means mental willingness and fighter instinct more than attitude :) Also, Dinho's possession statistics were because of his technical skills, not because of his strength :) I do think that his speed and physicality should be higher though, as he could outrun almost every defender at his peak
@@danielaastrup8003 dude even if you have skills if you are not Strong you can't keep up with a tough defender, they are just too strong! Dinho don't seem be strong because he is in other level of skill but believe me, he is strong
Ronaldinho at his Peak was a 10 or 100 on all attributes....unmatched.
@@elviscassemiro9139 his thighs are huge
@@danielaastrup8003 sometimes people kick him but they fall or he stands up. Ask Neymar Jr how hard it is to play against defenders even though you're skillful and fast.
cr7 messi kaka ibra rooney etc etc sure is GREAT but no one other than dinho that can make me smile most of the time while watching football
It was such a joy watching ronaldinho play football one of the most skilled exciting players ever
What makes Ronaldinho the best for me isn’t his performance but his ability to make football artful.
Very well made video !! I've seen your Baggio video as well. The narrative style is very very good !! I really like it a lot 😀
Some great content on these videos, Ronaldinho of 2002-2006 was amazing one of the most gifted 🙌 players ever to play he started the Barcelona winning machine in Spain 🇪🇸 @Europe the game against Real Madrid were he destroyed them and real fans applauded him u know your very special player when that happens 😉
Wooow dude, I haven't heard the name Jay Jay Okocha in a long long time. So many memories came flooding in. This is my 4th video now and I'm loving it. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much! Glad you're here
I always enjoy your videos just waiting for R9 Ronaldo when gonna make one. Keep it up!
Probably gonna be my next longer video
Thank you for making these videos.
Beautifull! Thank you!
One of the greatest players in football he is in undoubtdely top 10 goats
Simply and easily the most artistic, belongs with Messi and Cruyff in the alltime top3. 2 things I missed in your good video; his care for the impoverished in Brazil and the emotional moments with the handicapped and second that he was Lionel Messi's mentor and inspirator. The GOAT is him, Ronaldinho.
Yeah prime Ronaldinho is the best player to ever play football. He plays streetfootball in official matches.
Brazil did not win the 1999 edition of the Confederations Cup. It was Mexico who beat an U-23 Olympic Prep Brazil. Ronaldinho's brother destroyed his career.
This channel deserves the Ballon d’Or of KZhead
Bro how have you only got like 200 subs!? Your videos are honestly top quality and I love them. Keep making videos.
Thanks man, people do seem to like them, perhaps its just a matter of time
One of the best players of all time.
He's my 🐐
Incorrect that ronaldinho and maradona the only ones to get ovation by opposite fans, ronaldo 9 also did at old trafford. But yeah ronaldinho a legend
I watch your videos now knowing that you will grow a lot in a while And I will be an old fan
I promise I'll remember you
Not sure about the scoring at the end but otherwise good video. He's a legendary player. On of the best of all time...
as a kid I always enjoy watching him play...and he's the reason I loved Brazil...and after 2006 he's not the same...and looking back, he got bad mentality, bad habits, bad attitude too..he's an icon but not an idol...
Next video Recommendation-Video on tony Adams Plzzzzzzzzz🙏🙏🙏
Speed and physicality 4/10 your mad bra. When you play like Ronaldinho you get kicked half to death. 13 mins for a man who won everything wow. Your at least 5 to 10 points to add to the score. When you put him at the top i fought back the tears he's the best I've ever seen play. I could show his highlights to my misses at the time we both be entertained
he put 6/10. but honestly he was so strong and quick should have been 8/9
He was the fastest human I've ever seen.
@@AhsanKhan-eo8dv u should see more...today's players were much faster..but lacking hearts and determination..Ronnie was fast but I've seen faster footballers
Can you please make one on Paul Scholes.
Your videos are very good! Just plz use video footage from the years you are talking about. I’m getting really confused
I do that in the more recent videos, this one is very old
@@DailyDoseOfFootballYT Nice, keep up the good work!
I felt sad, I miss Dinho so much. He is my favourite player 😢
12/10 dribbling
Great video, try to add background music to make the video cooler.
thanks, they all have backgrriund music, this one is perhaps too low, ive had some complaints about that, now i make it louder in newer videos
Why isn’t there any real documentaries about dinho man he is my favourite player and I can’t find enough info on him from the years I was to young to pay attention I watched him in mid way threw barca and his full career at Milan but we need a real Ronaldinho documentary
Bro we need one about Ronaldo fenomeno
In my opinion he is the most talented player to ever play. Maybe not a GOAT for many people, but he is for me
Football = Ronaldinho = Poetry
R10 and R9 , IMO achieved peaks higher than any other player, they just did not do it at that level for long enough to be the Goats, but had they maintained that level it would be these 2 for sure . Instead I have Maradona as the Goat followed closely by Messi (I have my reasons and am old enough to have seen Maradona play), but had R10 done it for at least another 3 or 4 years at that Barca level, he would be Goat, and if R9 did not have knee injuries, he would be the Goat , even more so than R10
Ronaldo the phenomenon next
Speed and physicality is just wrong, he was very fast and deceptively strong. At least an 8 in my book. Still a very nice analysis!
He didn’t won the confederations cup in 1999, he lost against Mexico
In Bernabeu DelPiero has been aplaused by the rival fans!
still waiting for you to do messi and ronaldo
due, he didn´t win the 1999 Confed Cup, Brazil were runners-up, losing the final to Mexico
Ronaldo is arguably the best footballer that ever played the game...
This is one of the videos I have to say I strongly disagree with. Ronaldinho in his prime was unstoppable although short lived he was very fast very strong and honestly nobody could ever compare to the magic he brought. He was a total monster of a player. I highly doubt we will ever see a player like him. He alone revolutionized football after he retired I never found anybody as entertaining as him or talented. He could have easily been the undisputed greatest of all times if he really wanted to. He deserves a higher ranking
This had been done decades before by many Brazilian teams
Nice vid but this is history, not an explanation of how good he actually is xD
Been watching through the vids. Really like them. I have noticed a few have disparaging moments of other careers highlighted, and Roni deserved one himself as our guy was using PEDs
Speed and physicality...6 out of 10...😳🤔
@ Daily Dose of Football, 4/10 on mentality? How's his technique possible with that "childlike fearlessness"? You contradicted yourself on that. Also, Gaucho should be a 10/10 WITH CRYING EMOJIS OR LIVE VIDEO OF PPL CRYING OVER THEIR GRATEFULNESS OF HIM. We literally gotta separate it if you cant give him 11 or 15 out of 10. Thanks as usual tho. I enjoy this.
Higher longevity than Van Basten? Though Ronaldinho did play for a longer period, Van Basten played @ a high level longer than Ronaldinho did.
Off the sharts 😂
VASCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
1:39 DROGBA
As great and likeable as he was he career just wasn’t as good as it could of been, if he stayed fit and kept his desire he would of been one of the greatest of all time but he just didn’t as he can’t be one of the greatest of all time when his time at the top was very limited, I’m a huge Ronaldinho fan but let’s be honest he wasted his talent, there are tonnes of players who have been way more successful and aren’t nearly as good as he was, he was a victim of himself
1:06 they didn't win the 1999 confederations cup it was mexico.
No one is allowed to hate Ronaldinho Gaucho ever 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭❤️
8:36
@Daily Dose Of Football I think u under scored Ronaldinho in the flair dept.... In a scale of 1-10 Dinho is an 11 lol. theres no one in the history of the game that had his panache.
Ramos...
4/10 for mentality? You really could include a prefacing definition of "mentality, before you regulate the score so low, like that, dang.
I'm assuming licensing is why your videos of one of the most entertaining and talented players is limited to the most boring and non relevant footage. The majority are missed shots, with replays of the misses. There's a full minute of Ramos fouling him. Nothing special before or after, it's not significant, no context, just a foul in the middle of the pitch with slow mo replays. You'd think you had too much footage to choose from with the split screens
you have disrespected the entire football industry by giving Gaucho just few minutes he deserves a Whole hour..he was the best of the best
Are u sure his consistency is 9 cmon noe
I think ive changed it now, not sure tho
A lie at 5 min 4 sec. It happened to CR7 also.
Nope
@@vijayashelar9145 Bicycle kick against Juventus, go have a look
How you gave the great ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC the rating of 69 is not good at all
You don’t get to talk like this about my mans you don’t have no right to rate him vuele bicho he greater than you.
“Some Mexican team” as a football historian, you are disrespectful and lose your valor. I give you a 6 out of 10 for lack of discipline and forgetting to mention his legacy left in Mexico
He said "one season at the Mexican league", not some Mexican team. That would be a bit shitty if said that lol
What a nonsense rating! The lowest he should have got is 6 or 7 for his longevity . Cheers!! I'm out of here. He may not be the GOAT in terms of his career, but he was the best to ever play. Better than your beloved Messi and Ronaldo
I think his physical should be a 9, I'm not kidding. Three players try to tackle him but he still maintain his balance.
