A yoga video just for KIDS! 🌈
Grab a family member or friend and join Carly for some partner yoga! Carly and her daughter Harper will guide you through some fun and challenging partner poses that will be sure to make you feel good! Try something new and feel strong, proud, and powerful 💪💪💪
We will begin with a little breath work and then move into double L-dog🐶, bunk bed 🛌and lizard 🦎on a rock. Just to name a few! Make sure to high five 👋 your partner after nailing the pose (or your version of it) 😊
Parents: This video can also be used with child and mom, dad or caregiver. The beauty of yoga is your poses may not look exactly like mine but do what is best for your body!
