Wonderful! Love how you serve them on the lettuce. 😋
The eggs sound delicious. Thanks for sharing. (your method of making the hard boiled eggs...works for me every time)
Exactly how I like them, classic!
Can't go wrong!
Look delicious. Suggestion: Try smoking the egg mixture for an extra boost of flavor.

Drop eggs carefully into boiling water - simmer for 15 minutes - plunge in to ice bath! Perfect!
Sorry a few years ago Sarah Moulton the famous chef Discovered through a friend that steaming the eggs was the way the only way...I've been doing it ever since and I have never had a problem peeling them the peel comes off like a skin... steaming eggs is the only way😊
The most successful way to hard boil eggs is to steam them. Place a steamer basket in a pot. Fill with water just below the basket, cover and bring to boil. Add eggs to the basket, cover and steam for 13-15 minutes. Plunge into ice bath when done. Steaming eggs is also the way Americas Test Kitchen recommends doing it. It’s an absolute game changer.
I don't even plunge them into ice water anymore the Peel comes right off
(I'm 🇨🇦) 😊
