This new “Bonus Hole” coin pusher-sometimes referred to as a quarter slider-has the patented “Bonus Hole” feature that allows BONUS COINS to fall through the BONUS HOLE in the playfield. Once the BONUS COINS build up in the BONUS BUCKET below the playfield, it dumps the contents to the front win cup for the player. This authentic McGregor Pusher has proven to be a real moneymaker.
Aside from the “Bonus Hole” feature, this machine operates like a standard pusher where the object of the game is to insert a quarter at the top of the machine and attempt to win money and prizes. When the quarter drops onto the slider, if the quarter falls in a good spot, it pushes the quarter into other items that in turn fall. If the items fall forward, then the customer wins. If the items fall to the side, then the cabinet owner gets to keep the items that fell. The top part of the machine has a slider that moves from side to side that adds a level of skill for legal purposes. In addition, the skill button stops the slider and adds another level of skill. This machine can be adjusted to dispense tickets for states that require that feature.
This machine features an alarm that will sound if the game is tilted. Once the alarm goes off, a flapper activates that causes any items that fall off the slider to slide to the side rather than forward. The alarm can be adjusted as to how long it will sound.

When coins fall slowly bump them forwards. This will stop the bottom coins from sliding from under the pile at the edge and takes them with. Try to stay away from the sides that just drops them down the sidetrap

Yes, Donald, I discovered this trick on the machine I play! Most people insert coins and let 'er rip, but I use the skill stop to move the dropped coins (bottom tray) as slowly as possible. Couple more tips: Most people drop coins in the slot. I hold coins by the edge and insert them as far in the slot as possible. That way they fall on the top tray as slowly as possible. This minimizes coin bounce. Last tip: The machine I play slopes downward to the left, so coins tend to bounce to the left. I start inserting coins on the right. This minimizes coin overlap. Was just playing bonus hole at a local dive with my daughter while we were grabbing breakfast. We typically just drop a few in for her entertainment, but today we played with a few dollars worth of quarters and revealed the bonus hole. After getting a few coins in the bonus hole we here the off center cup start dishing loot in the tray down below. My daughter and I came home with a sandwich bag half full of quarters.

When they're quarter machines? The best profit is not playing, but just checking the box for coins that fell when nobody was there. If you do play, be strategic. Play the machine. I quadrupled my money off 1 quarter just today. Sometimes ill take home upwards of $3. Other part is, if you win, walk away. And always set a spend limit.

I think i won the bonus hole at my local laundry. I thought it was a dealers hole so i was trying to avoid it but now that you mentioned it can drop over 10 dollars in coins, that's what happened to me. I was down to 3 quarters ( its a quarters and prize machine, real american quarters) all of a sudden on one of those 3 coins it dropped 12 dollars worth of quarters! @@alexi1835 It’s complicated, my friend works there and it’s the only laundry and restroom near me so if it shuts down there would be issues plus my friend would be out of a job. Someone else got another Gold watch but it’s obviously not Gold. I think she stopped cheating from the way the machines are set up now mainly just quarters and the occasional lottery ticket..
One coin at a time is best otherwise they stack up and jump onto pile.....Like they did on you a couple times.....trust me every little push adds up

The one at my laundro mat is always set up to where you can win a few bucks at the beginning and then if you keep playing you'll lose it all again, so I stop after I win a few bucks.

I went in with 4 quarters and got 23 quarters lol, i kept going up and down i even had 30 quarters but I called it quites if I went less than 20 lol Edit: I didn't use skill stop at all since i didn't know what it did until now
Btw the machine near me doesn't have side owner holes but it doesn't have the stop button so to get lots of quarters in i have to manually push them in really fast and move the slider as i do it to try to position them, or spin them as i slide them etc. But i noticed that yes the more you pop in the more it pushes. If you work the right angles you'll get the big prices sooner or later.
U drop a dollar once it's all way back tap stop until that row lays down add another dollar tap stop til it's down then add another u should get two rows flat 1 almost flat

how do you do when you can't stop the machine? my laundromat has mounds of quarters piled up on the edge with bills wrapped around rolls of quarters.
It's a lot tougher if you cant stop it. The best thing you could do is drop them in a rapid fire. You'll get some that stack, but you get several waves of quarters too.

No, I wouldnt reccomend it. In most machines the coins will jam up, or stack up. If they stack, it's a waste of quarters. I usually play $1.00-$2.00 at a time, depending on the playfield situation.
@@MattyMosArcade I played with the 3 coin pushers I know of yesterday (I live in Wisconsin, where coin pushers are legal, as long as they player is over 18, because they are considered "gambling), and lost 20 dollars. Apparently, someone won a 100 dollar bill out of one of the coin pushers I play on Tuesday.

I seen 1 with 100 dollar bills in a bundle. It looked like the quarters was just sliding underneath it. The other 1 had 100 dollar bill. It was at the end but was just floating on the edge not moving.
