  • Hm, story idea. Spirit enters BF's body in a version of the Corruption mod that took place post-Indie Cross, but Corrupted BF had already been in 'Nightmare Mode' due to Monster accounting for this(and possibly having been responsible for Nightmare Girlfriend in the first place) so he was much stronger than his canonical Corrupted self, meaning Spirit was Corrupted in the process even if this was his bullshit Reimagined self. However, the shock of the attempted possession was enough to awaken Nightmare BF, who, like Soul, sort of is but also sort of isn't his own entity in BF's mind. The canonical Tormentor->Memory/Leak Week takes place after Nightmare succeeds in awakening BF proper.
