  • I love that blue cart for the large impact wrench. The use of the large coil spring to counter balance the weight of the large tool is genius. I will try to make my own for my shop. Thanks for great idea and wonderful video.

  • It's good practice to put the rod ends back in with some sort of anti seize grease, makes adjusting the alignment at a later date easier

  • The mechanic should have clean out the internal threads , since it is so tight possibly of cross threads. It will have to replace the whole shaft if have to reservice the ball joints - possibility of not unable to unscrew easily.

    • Well she definitely did not cross thread anything because she was able to screw in the new ball joint by hand. She did a good job of lubing up the threads. It was alarming to see her yanking on the joint with a pipe wrench there. But I assume it's not her first rodeo and that's accepted procedure for gaining the necessary torque to get it fully installed. Myself, I would've backed the ball joint out to see what's causing the binding. Perhaps doing further cleaning with compressed air and penetrating oil or a spray cleaner.

    • Coke if you watch the video from beginning , the mechanic was installing the ball joint quite easily on one side. What was trying to reference the mechanic observed the tightness of the thread, the mechanic should have realized that the threads were binding which means the threads are rusted inside the shaft. By forcing the threads, it will start to bind and to reservice using the impact gun the threads will cross. This is what I was observing. The internal threads should have chase out removing any rust or dirt.

  • Indeed very nice work. But…for the life of me I can’t see why they needed changed. Less than half the time and labor cleaning the threads and it could have been aligned. Maybe I’m missing something.

  • I love how this chick can remove a couple ball joints in a few minutes in a shop with a dirt floor while my local dealer would want to charge me for three hours labor in their nice climate controlled epoxy floored shop. Screw the stealerships.. This is why I do the work myself or go to someone like her. 👍

  • Nice work, though I'd actually prefer to hear the work being done instead of the music. Also, alignments are done with the tires sitting on turntables so they can move freely. And I didn't see her lube the joints with grease?

  • A woman that knows how to change a tie rod ends on a lorry is so desirable! No flabby, giggly rump that she shakes and thinks it is attractive, no makeup, no clothing screaming, "look at me!" no, outrageous hair to attract as much attention as possible. Strength, knowledge, intelligence, determination, physically very fit, this is what is what attractive is! Mechanic Mia is the apex of what an attractive woman is and what a knowledgeable mechanic is. I would love to meet her and just shake her hand.
