    • Remember our attachment of the body and material world disconnect us from who we are, from God, from soul. The more we are attached to the material the more we suffer when we lose it, the more our human/ body self suffers but our soul is happy. Why happy, because Love is not properties is not dependencies, is not having. Love, God is giving, offering - time, money, effort, attention … put the other first and put yourself second. All for the other nothing for you- this is what love means. All the losses we have suffered in the past years is Gods way of detaching us from the material, to show us that we became so much self centered, so busy with getting richer, happier, more belongings that we have forgot that we are souls, souls do not own anything, they just give. See you Depression as a process of giving up this material world and look for God, read the old saint books and you will understand.

    • 30 to 40 deep breaths. On the 40th or 30th breath with no air in the lungs hold for as long as you can. When you cant hold anymore breath all the way in, an hold at the top for 15 seconds. Start over an do as many as these sets as it takes. Each set will bring more power to you. You just reset your entire autonomic nervous system. An balanced all of your chemistry within the brain. Thus all of what you speak, is back to how i feel. Amazing. Much love. All the power.

  • I was listening to classical music Mozart on Spotify, I wondered about the hz it’s played at and also thought of tartaria. I want to know what music they listened to during the reign of Christ (if it did occur). The music has healing properties and I’m sure they can be enhanced somehow but I don’t know.
