Yes! CMR caught that Snakehead. He utilized the 'flying release.'
📷☝️☝️😜😆🤣
BJJ blackbelt lvl release
Cmr?
Oh my god. This fish is called “ Cá Lóc “ in Vietnam. I grew up with it. It is very popular in South Vietnam. My grandpa used to grill it on charcoal without remove the scales then we eat the meat Inside with the mixed of tamarin juice, fish sauce , sugar, chili :). There are a bunch of Vietnamese foods from this fish. Thank you
Always make it with peppers and lemongrass, delicious
Brant did say, “if this gets eaten, I’ll pay you $100” Never once did he state You(Ron) had to eat it. He owes you $100 😁
Brant said "If you down this whole thing" It was Ron that kept saying "If this gets eaten"
Y'all are great , it always brings back memories of all my fishing buddy's , and the great times and laughing we had , they are in heaven catching monster's ,
I live in Boca and honestly that is just a normal day of fishing. South East Florida fresh water fishing is the best!
Love CMR and your channel! You two are a great team, even when not together. Thank you
This was an awesome video. Your content just keeps getting better and better.
Toadfish rod lookin nice. Been eyeballing one for some time to fit with my Penn Battle. Love watching you and Ron tear up the inshore fishing while stuck at work! Come down to Pinellas County some time!
Cool that you caught a snakehead and a clown knife on the same video! I've been wanting to go to south Florida to catch n cook several invasive species; hope to see more videos from you guys like this one!
Sara wees truly the MVP of the cook and eat portion of the video.... Eat it up Ron.
Wooah. Snakeheads!! Great job, certainly makes the trip worth while. Snakehead and Clown Knife in the same day. Glad you had a good trip. CMR "Hooked" a Sneakhead but didn't quite legally catch the Snakehead. How could you not like a firm, mild, fish. Thanks guys, great vid.
How do you quite not catch a invasive fish buddy 🙄
@@jermainerobinson853 And then attempt to address whether it was lawful or not. Obviously groomed to absolutel compliance.
Love it Ron when you said if I get rid of it. I new and I thought of Tin Cup
It was a catch for Ron. But your's was awesome to see up close. The clown night fish was wicked. Great vid. Have a wonderful night and see you on the next one
Cool video Brant, that knife fish looked awesome...CmR got you on a technicality...much like his snakehead catch lol
I had been waiting for this vid since you posted the teaser on FB. That Clown was so freaking sick bro! Can’t wait to see what you catch next.
Never caught a snakehead. Caught my first bowfin two years ago. Thought it might be a snakehead till l Googled a side by side comparison.... Interestingly enough though, it hit just like that Snakehead. Right at the bank. I was bass fishing an old quarry thats been flooded by the river on several occasions. So it has every species of fish imaginable in it. Casting crankbaits. I had for all practical purposes finished my retrieve and was on the move, not even looking, with my bait no more than 2ft from the bank. When that bowfin hit my bait like a piuncing tiger. It actually startled the heck outta me....
Awesome video congrats on the new species really nice clownfish and I guess the snakehead is something else that you're going to have to show Ron how to catch LOL I always look forward to watch you guys are going to put out next
Yes, yes, yes Ron caught it . It was a caught fish after it was on the shore it jumped around and rolled back into the water, which Ron had no control of. But, Ron was the first to get a Snakehead.
Nah you gotta at least touch it hahaha especially with a snakehead they’re notorious for doing that
If you don't get an opportunity to kill it/handle it, it's not a catch. Remember, fishing started as a way to acquire food.
That counts. No stipulations!! You guys are great keep up the good times!
We can call it a catch, just because it did hit the bank. Great video, Brant! 2 new PB’s! 👍
That was an awesome mix of fish exotics!! Great video. Ron was pretty smart there, maybe pay up 50 bucks!!
Subscribed.. been watching the beach ones, this is great too
Congrats on the knocking those two off the bucket list!
Great fishing Brant!!! Now Ron that’s what you call catching a fish🤪👍
Ron officially caught a snakehead! Rodeo rule plus on the ground!👍🤙
If you want to try these .. many Asian supermarkets sells them whole in the frozen section.. been eating these fish as long as i can remember
Hello all this fish from my country Thailand 🇹🇭 nice caught in Florida I live in dallas, TX I love fishing too my friend fish on 🐟🐋👍
Cut chunks, roll in cajun cornmeal and deep fry until golden brown. It's Awesome!!
It absolutely counts. Lol he got you. He even asked leading questions.
Pay the Man!!! I could see it comin dude!! Milo Enjoyed it,LOL
Great video again guys, CMR won that money fair and square, and that snake head CMR had,was as good as caught 👍
Awesome video B Rant! I think you owe Captain Ron 100 bucks lol. I was waiting for him to give it to someone else since you didn't say he had to eat it.
RJ, how do I book the apartment lake fishing charter with you? That was awesome!
very cool video I didn't think you could put exotic fish back
Ron reminds me of one of those fisherman that stretches the truth all the time claims they caught this or that. When they didn't catch crap and it grows bigger everyday! Videos don't lie you lost that fish, Ron. Lol. Yas always crack me up. Reminds of the busting between me and my fishing/hunting buddies 👍
Really enjoyed the vidoe... I will add I've tried snakehead while I was stationed in Washington DC and it was good I'm from Mississippi and I have eaten bowfin aka grendel my whole life and texture is the same but to me is very tasty I usually target them spring to late fall. I use a texas rig Berkley Havoc with black back blue belly by far the best lure to catch them on. I mainly target them in creeks sloughs and rivers and oxbows. If you would like to try them for a catch and cook it is a possible content for you if you have any questions feel free to message me back and I can help in any way possible.
Brant, come to Charleston SC and let’s get on some fish! Don’t know if you have ever fished here but it’s challenging!
Give it to him. CMR caught the snakehead. Also he totally worked the $100 bet! Good job @Cameraman Ron
Pretty sure that was a Arawanna that was tuff. and I had a clown Knife and him with Tigers in a 100 gallon aquarium ….great video and glad you released the clown brother
HAHAH CMR got you on that one .Great video as always
You have to use straight braid and any top water frog works the best down here.
Yep he caught it best hand off release ever
The Feesh got grass on him Caught Feesh! But Brent Nice Feesh Bubs!
Top water frogs are snakes heads favorite bait to hit along the bank. Love your content Brant!!
Ron caught the fish. just fastest catch and release I've seen
That’s and awesome catch. And love trying new fish.
Yes Brant , Ron did catch that Snakehead , and cooked Snakehead was eaten ! Ha-ha , you didn't say " Ron " had ta eat it tho. A nother fun video guy's thanks . Tom Daytona Beach , FL. 25, February 2022 .
Great Job Brant!!
@cameramanron I say caught on that snakehead. Awesome video Brant.
Very cool fish and video! Wow! Invasive too! Cheers!
The fishing in those ponds are pretty good down there, just gotta watch for turtles and gators
I will give Ron the catch on the snake head. Great video thanks buddy.
Good video, you all definitely have a great friendship ✅💥✌️
Take that fish and boil it in Sprite, wate and Ol Bay seasoning for a couple of minutes, then dip it in melted butter with garlic. Red Neck Lobster, we do it out here in Cali with big Ling Cod
Very fun video, as usual!
That chick is for sure a keeper. She has a warm soul. And probably a more real mind than the dude who turned his nose up to it and claimed "all I taste is seasoning". Wish mine was like that 😅🤣😂
Sarah's down. She's awesome
🤣🤣 end had me Rollin.. I say CMR gets the $100...you did REconfirm all he had to do was get it eaten.. and it definitely got ate. Quickly!! 😂
back home in the Philippines we use top water lure, like frogs.
"Easy Release" got me
4:06 they're in the bank because they love shallow non moving water. They breath air so It's easier for them to gulp air in shallow water
Ron totally caught that fish! 👍🏻🇺🇸
Brad is THE BEST SEA TURTLE fisherman!
Great vid! The end made me laugh
I have so much love for the group of Baitclickerzzz!!
For snake head we need some frog lure or lizard lure. Any top water lure running, it use to attack
YES! CMR you definitely can claim that as a caught fish!
LMFAO,! Smooth move Ron 😂
Walleyes are very white. We have a lot in TN. They are great, never better than crappie. Which we love to eat.
You okay Captain Ron a hundred bucks you didn't specify who had to eat it LOL
Fish hit dry land and/or had a leader touch... Definitely a 2 way caught fish in my book!
I love snakehead meat! It's one of those fish meats that don't overpower any sauces or seasonings. That's why it's a delicacy in Asia. It's also similar to bass as game fish.
Snakehead is really good. The way we cook it is its cooked/thrown over a charcoal not fried
Greetings from New Zealand. Perhaps unsurprisingly I have never heard of the fish species that you are catching. Which ones are invasive? Are they native to the U.S. or introduced? Where did they come from? Great vid but a bit of information about the fish would add a lot to it.
It looks good not gonna lie lol. Now it’s time to do the frog catch n cook 👀
so good to fry with the skin on it with seasoned flour
You should try top water frog lure that's what get the snake head attention
Lol I love the banter. "...a 22 foot leader........that's a caught fish.........I don't know what I caught, but I caught it."
@ Team, if you truly want to experience "Snakehead" delicacies, visit Thailand/Vietnam. They taste great with a deep braise in caramel soy-sauce and/or coconut curry braise in Thailand.
Great video. Brant, pay the man.
Smart move by Ron. :o)
CMR is so funny getting the dog to eat the fish head! Brant I wouldn’t pay him!
OMG, that is belida fish 🔥
Is that fishing spot closed to everyone else? It looked like a community pond inside a housing area
Why did you release the invasive Knifefish back into the pone? BTW, it's a beautiful fish!
If u ever get a chance to get another snake head fish try cutting it into 1 inch strips and smoking it with mesquite wood it should come out kinda like fish jerky
Tell us about the folding filet knife!!! Yes, CMR caught the Snakehead!!!!!
Yes Ron is the man
Ron got you good LOL
Nice change In the the fishing content
"Here Milo" 😂
"if You down it"......but You didn't. lol good vid guys.
As soon as cmr said my first snakehead the fish gods said hold my beer. That was a epic day killer
If it’s on the shore, it’s caught. You’re welcome Ron!😂
Sorry but Ron was specific when he was asking and it got eaten so you owe him $100, 🤣 great vid guys! You guys need to take a trip out of the country somewhere in the Caribbean or Bahamas for a week long trip, maybe the gang does different vids like spear fishing, conk diving catch/cook, marlin fishing, lobster catch/cook, and of course Ron can do a Bahamas from shore first fish caught catch/cook vid. If it's a great idea just send me some merch, 😆
The next time you go freshwater fishing you should try to catch a gar fish and eat it their meat is actually really white and tastes really good
Great video! Nice clown knife and snakehead!
Arapaima possibly one day? Loved this video man!
Those strange fish look like they are from outer space! And yes, Ron caught the fish. Courtesy release method! Pay up, Brant… Ron 2; Brant 0. Great vid, guys!
Mr technicality Ron is cheatin the system all over this video!🤣🤣🤣
