Spread bets and CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 66% of retail investor accounts lose money when spread betting and/or trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how spread bets and CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money
I've been trading for over a decade, and by this time I've watched 1000's of hours of youtube videos, attended courses, and read dozens of the best books available on the topic. No one else is taking about what Tom puts fourth here. What he says here in this 7:51 video is the secret to trading. Anyone who is lucky enough to have found this guy should listen to his advice and take it very very seriously.
Absolutely correct!
Thanks for watching!
Actually, I have been using situational (statistical) trading for close to 2 decades.
I feel the same, changed my way of thinking about trading.
@@TheRumpledOne If you are the real rumpled one, I know who you are, and I’ve indeed picked up many valuable lessons and knowledge from you over the years. I remember your posts on the trading forums. Drain the banks like a rat!

Such a humble man. He addresses the questions and answers them as "we" eventhough he is not part pf the we
Went to Amazon to purchase this book immediately, and I couldn't find it. Because it's free. This man is sharing top shelf alpha for free, and I couldn't be more grateful.
What's the name of his book?
Can you please share the link where to get it or the name of the book?

Gold nuggets from a clever man. It is exactly what trading is all about and what it takes. I love to trade and take baby steps every day. Don't know where I'll end up, profitable or not? But it makes sense now doing what I love is worth it. Thx, respect, gratitude and lots of love to Tom Hougaard. 💙😌💯
what are some practical mental preparation steps to take before trading as he says in the last point of the video
Thanks
This guy is really a genius.
best advice
is these the last part in the series?
one good trick is you should trade on an empty stomach. mind is slightly sharper on empty stomach
Empty your stomach you are right.but never empty your capital by letting run your losses longer

It used to be difficult to time your exit from a loss for small retail traders because commissions made it expensive to enter and exit a stock. It only added to the difficulty of what to do with losing positions. Its easier these days for small retail traders with zero commission trading started by Robinhood and meme stocks.
I’m glad I pulled through, despite the crises. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 4.5 million . One is my place of residence the other 2 properties will give me $80,000per/yr rent. I will have an income stream of $20,000 per yr through my super which gives me total $100,000 a yr to live comfortably. I have no debts ... Stay Motivated!!
That is so amazing, I’m trying to get onto the housing ladder at 40. I wish at 55 I will be testifying to similar success..
Credits to *ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER,* she saw me through the process. You can glance her name up on the internet and verify her yourself. she has years of financial market experience....
Heard many good recommendations about Rochelle Dungca-Schreiber by some YT channels, Seminars and other platforms.

I think you should do the opposite of what he suggest or you will loose alot of money!!!
OOh I don't like this guy, his words are pretentious and undermining .. he wants to sound humble but he's def putting a mask.
