Aleksei Butorin vs. Aung La N Sang | ONE Championship Best Fights | July 2016

After blazing through his first two opponents in the ONE cage, Aung La N Sang got his third consecutive stoppage victory at ONE: DYNASTY OF CHAMPIONS (HEFEI) in July 2016.
The “Burmese Python” met previously-unbeaten Russian juggernaut Aleksei Butorin at the event. The Myanmar hero absorbed his opponent's best shots, and retaliated with harder strikes of his own. Soon, he brought the tired Russian against the cage, where he locked in an arm-triangle choke and tightened his grip until he felt the tap.

  • Aung la strategy is amazing. Aungla knows he won't be able to beat butorin on standing fight. So he start the fight on the ground where butorin like to smash. Butorin thinks he beat him but he waste too much energy. That is when Aungla took the fight with full force, choke the big guy with his own arm.

    • Xiong Vaj Asian fighters feel comfortable competing in OneFC. 1) Asian org 2) Geographically closer. But on average UFC Fighters are higher level. Less sloppy. Better conditioning and technique. It would be great to see the Champions from each organization fight the Champions from other organizations.
