  • Kaju is costly so we make it thin but groundnut is cheap so we can do it little thicker.i tried this recipe with some kajus it came out very well and i didn't use cardamom and milk Powder.

  • Hi there, 😋 I tried this receipe..bahot zaberzast bani and everyone liked it immensely ...yeh butter paper per chipak si gai thee ..what could be the reason, but after putting it in fridge for sometime the next day it was all the more tasty and fir it was not sticky and came out easily. Thanks for this amazing video ..I did a calcultation, it costed me around Rs 150 and we enjoyed Barfi worth Rs 2000 in market !!!

    • @@samanthamasters5015 that's my point. Milk is a complete diet by itself. One should try to mix foods of same potencies and similar tastes in one meal. Cashews and even soaked almonds have potencies that go well with milk. But peanuts are not nuts but from legume family. Legumes have no combination with milk. Think smart 🤘

    • If u grind them too much ... The peanuts will start releasing oil and hence become paste (or peanut butter)... So u need to grind them for only a few seconds
