Ingredients For Chili Corn Dog Bites
Batter Ingredients:
-1 Cup Jiffy Corn muffin mix
-1 Cup all-purpose flour
-1 cup milk
-1 Egg
-2 TSP Smoked paprika
-2 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
-1 TSP Baking Powder
-1 TSP Black Pepper
-Salt According to taste or 1 TSP
-3 TSP Sugar
-Cilantro 8-10 stems chopped
-Green onion 3-4 stems chopped
-1 TSP Fresh Garlic
-1 TSP Chili paste
Other:
-1 (16 ounce) packages beef frankfurters
-1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Garnish Ingredients:
-Parmesan Cheese
-Sriracha sauce
-Dill dry
Instruction:
Mix all the ingredients listed in batter to create thick batter for Chili dogs.
Then Fry till lightly golden brown for 2-3 min on Medium-High flame.
Serve with mustard or Sriracha for extra kick.
