Hello friends! Here is my planner flip for January and then a quick little setup for February at the end! I had planned on uploading a plan with me for last week but we ended up going away for a few days for a birthday celebration and I didn't have time to edit and upload it before we left. I'm aiming to get one up this coming week though! :)

Your description of perimenopause is so relatable! I also found myself unable to remember the simplest things, like the word for something. I was driving my family crazy saying "....what's the word??" And I cried when I found in my research how long peri + actual menopause lasts. Its like the rest of my life!?! 😭 Thank goodness for planners!!
omg I say that all the time!! "What's the word?" or "I can't think of the word I want" it's soooo annoying! Why do our brains shut down 😭 Also wdym for LIFE?!?! WHAT?! no no no let me live in denial that it's over at 50 thank you 😂😂
Aww I’m watching this thinking hey hang on these inserts look familiar 😂 I’ve bought a few inserts from you! I absolutely love your shop and so glad I’ve found your channel 🖤
Ahhh thank you so so much, that's awesome! Welcome to my little corner, I'm so glad you're here! 🤍
I love how you still make your pages decorative. I'm dabbling with a ring planner, but I'm used to a bound book and decorating those pages, and as stupid as it sounds, I cannot get my head around how to decorate my pages in a ring planner (lol). On another note, I went into full-blown menopause around 43. I'm 52, and I'm still on estrogen...I have no idea when this sh*t will end.
No no don't tell me that 😭😂 I want all this to be over by my 50s and I don't have that long to go before I'm there! Also, thank you re the deco! I feel like bound book pages are easier to decorate. I mean I could absolutely do the same thing I did in my stalogy but I always think well, am I going to keep these loose pages? Probably not, so I don't want to waste the stickers. That's the advantage to having a bound book I think; you can keep it forever and it looks amazing when you flip through.
@@VixxiePlans hopefully you won’t go through it that long. I keep asking my GYN when it will end 😂
omg the itchy ears! i seriously was convinced i had something in there!
RIGHT!? It's not fair we gotta go through this lol 😭
Frig seriously! All of a sudden!
I'm so in love with your planner! Also, the color of your cover is so dreamy! It's tempting me!
Thank youuuu! I want to pick up a few more colours but for right now this one has my whole heart! 🤍
Always look forward to your videos! You give me so many ideas! ❤ I'm waiting for my black Moterm (she'll be called Raven 🖤) BTW, peri has been hitting me hard for the past year, so, yeah, I'm there with you! ❤
Thank you! I LOVE the name for your Moterm!! 🤩 I don't even have a clue what I would call mine lol. I wanted the Khaki green in personal but it's sold out (standard) 🙄Peri blows and I am NOT looking forward to worsening symptoms 😭
@@VixxiePlans I was so torn between black and khaki green too!
Love your flips! Also, love a good chunky planner!
thank you lovely! 🤍🤍
💯 feel you about perimenopause ... If it's not in front of me and written down.. just not happening, doesn't exist... My planners have been a godsend... Especially the days I remember to look at them 😂 Love your set up 😊
I lol'd at the "especially the days I remember to look at them" because YES 😂😂
@@VixxiePlans it's real 😢
Adore your flips!! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!! 🤍🤍
You were talking about making a key for your symptoms, and I wanted to show you the how I color code mine. I’m going to see if I can post a picture in a reply to this comment. 🤣
Oh thank you that would be so helpful! If you can't do it here and you're on IG, can you message me there? I would really love to see!
I love the vellum warning 😂.
I love you have a dream light valley section!
Vellum is not for the clumsy 😭😂
@@believablyme thanks! It's way too much to try and remember everything, especially their daily favourite items
Loved hearing about all your planning inserts!❤Your planner is so lovely too!😍 🌙 ❤
You're the sweetest, thank you so much lovely! .🥰
This is some serious ringsperation! ✨
thank you! 🥰
17:11 Maybe color the entire square in if the symptoms are really bad versus just a dot or line when they arent.
Oh that's a good idea, thank you! I made a little key the other day where I just have like a quarter box marked for mild, half for medium and full for bad, but I like the idea of a dot or a line as well so I'll keep that in mind.
It was great to hear you my friend. Enjoyed this!!
Thank you lovely! 🤍 Always appreciate you!
Everything you described is sooooooo me! Perimenopause is the worse. Itchy ears is crazy annoying, I never went to the doc but I did try everything under the sun to relieve the itch.
omg that itch was HORRIBLE 😭 It was just inside my ear, like that flat bit right before you get to the canal and they were so sore from being scratched all the time. It just felt like really super dry skin? What did you end up using for yours? I was thinking I might try olive oil but I'm not sure how moisturizing that would be 🤔
So an indian doctor gave me a recipe, just warm up olive oil, don't cook it, just warm to the touch, then add garlic to it and let it sit over night for infusion purposes. Then apply a couple of drops in ears as needed. It smells ofcourse but it worked wonders. @@VixxiePlans
@@herlindastevens6027 Oh brilliant thank you for that! I'm going to google and get some more info, but as long as it works I'm happy to try it if/when my itchy ears return.
@@VixxiePlans praying it works for you!!! You must let me know. Good luck!!!! 🥰
Love your account! Just discovered you. I’m in perimenopause too, about a year now. It’s been kicking my ass. We must stick together 😊
Yay welcome!! 🤩 And yes we must!
Thank you for the daily numbers! Those look awesome! I look forward to the cricut version in your store. I totally get the itchy ears! Miserable! I found some OTC ear drops at a local pharmacy for "Ear itch", and those have helped me. Thank you for your video!
Thank you! And I'm glad you found something that worked for your ears; that itch is maddening 😭
LOVE!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Thank you girl! 🤍🤍
Ah clicked on this so fast
Legend thank you 🥰🤍
10:31 your doctor can also test you to see if you’ve begun menopause. Pre-menopause club member here too!
Absolutely going to have him run my hormone panel again because there is no way this crap is normal 😂 But on the upside, maybe I'll be done with period in the next decade?! (I'm going to blatantly ignore the 50+ yr old women who still have it and just pretend that it doesn't happen 😂)
Unfortunately blood work often doesn’t show clear results, I’ve been in perimenopause for a few years now and mine still shows up within normal range
@@waggermamaOh wow, that's a bit disheartening. 🙁 I wonder if it only shows in bloods when we're in full blown menopause? After our hormones are done messing with us 🤔 Have your symptoms been tolerable?
@@VixxiePlans I think that’s the case. My GP said that daily and monthly hormone fluctuations make it a difficult diagnostic test. Apart from periods that last for two weeks on and off, mine’s not too bad so far, but I’ve had post viral fatigue and now fibromyalgia, so brain fog and fatigue is a way of life, I don’t know how I’d distinguish what’s menopause and what’s FMS at this point! :)
@@waggermama Oh no 😩 I have friends who have fibro, it's not fun. I'm sorry :( Tbh I'm just really looking forward to my period stopping lol so far it's not showing any signs of slowing down and I was talking to a lady who's in her early 50s and hers is still regular every month! I thought it was meant to be over by then 😭🤣
Love the video. Can I ask where you got the vitamin and mood tracker inserts?
Thank you! I made them but I will be putting them in my shop very soon as a lot of people have asked about them.
Where is your bow page marker from? It's so cute!
Thank you! I made it and love it so much!
I'm 50 and I am definitely peri-menopause. Memory issues, hot flashes, joint pain -- it is not fun.
omg the memory issues are SO FRUSTRATING! And I think I might be starting on the hot flashes but they're more like very warm right now, not like the "boil you from the inside" hot that a lot of ladies have been talking about which I don't want 😭
@@VixxiePlans oh, I'm already at the boil you from the inside hot flashes and they are horrible.
@@cindylarge3255 😭😭
Where did you get your divider clips they are so cool and wouldtake up so much less room in my planner than all of the dividers I have.
Thank you! I made all the dividers and tabs I'm using; I sell the vellum ones in my etsy shop but not the laminated ones yet as I just got a new laminator and haven't had the chance to test it out yet.
I will have to keep an eye on your shop. Those are awesome!
I bet thats why I all of a sudden can’t remember anything!
And I had also considered early onset Alzheimer’s 😮
@@msfelicia28 Right! It's really scary and I'm just not here for it lol :( I especially HATE the forgetting of words mid sentence. I feel so dumb when that happens 😭
I skipped peri menopause straight to menopause at 39. Mood swings, the fucking hot flashes, the night sweats then freezing, weight gain, hair change in texture, color and loss, vaginal dryness, brain fog, all over itching, being super randy for two months then being disgusted by men the other 10, exhaustion, crying etc.
omg 😭😭Are you over the worst of it now? I talk to my mum about it but she swears up and down she didn't have any symptoms at all. Idk why her generation is so hesitant to talk about things like that 😣
@VixxiePlans I started progesterone and dhea. It's reduced all my symptoms but my hair is still the same.
