In this video we will cover:-
1.A potential difference of 200V is applied across the ends of a conductor of resistance 50 ohms. Calculate the number of electrons flowing through it in one second.
2. A wire of resistance 5 Ω is drawn out so that its length is increased by twice its original length. Calculate its new resistance.
3. A wire of resistance 5 Ω is drawn out so that its length is increased to twice its original length. Calculate its new resistance.
4. A silver wire has a resistance of 2.1 Ω at 27.5 °C, and a resistance of 2.7 Ω at 100 °C. Determine the temperature coefficient of resistivity of silver.

  • 01:20:02 current does not flow in 6 ohm combination of resistances because potential difference is zero and hence I=V/R =0 It can also be understood in such way that the zero resistance branch had V=IR= I*0= 0 and the combination of resistances is in parallel with this so it's potential difference is also zero. ✌️
