Cadence: 3-5 reset reps, 5-8 Touch and goes, 2-4 swivel reps. Each side equals one set.
Make sure we focus on maintaining our muscular brace, slow and controlled hinge mechanics, complete hip extension at the top, no loss in lumbo-pelvic position, and a SLOW swivel.
Thank you Brandon for the awesome vid. Unfortunately I can’t even get into this position because I’m so tight. Is there a different movement you would recommend for someone with extremely tight hip flexors?
