  • Nice work! I've always tried to keep my non dominant hand strong (I once broke my collarbone and had to apply my makeup and do my late 80's hair for 6 weeks with my non dominant hand - argh!) SO now I try and do a couple of things every day with my non dominant hand to make it stronger. Things like eating breakfast/brushing your teeth/doing up buttons. It really helps!
