Initially, I was confussed between her and Bharat Basnet regarding whom to vote for the MP seat. However, with the nomination of P.D. Rai as an MP candidate, I am certain to vote for him. He is the most deserving candidate capable of articulating our state's demands in Parliament without any language barrier. His intellectual debates would undoubtedly resonate in the Lok Sabha. Moreover, as a former MP, he has already left a lasting impression with his intelligence, evident in the various parliamentary posts he had held during his tenure. In this crucial moment, when Sikkim needs a strong and intelligent representative in Delhi, no one is better suited for the job than P.D. Rai. Therefore, to ensure our state's issues are heard in Parliament, I wholeheartedly support casting my vote in favour of P.D. Rai irrespective of his party affiliation.
