  • The relative importance of stakeholders to a company can be understood to some extent by looking at the money that flows through it. Customers provide a certain amount of money. Some of it goes to suppliers, some to employees, some to banks (as interest), some to shareholders (dividends), and some to the state (tax). The aggregate importance of customers, on this basis, is largest. The suppliers and employees are next and are large in importance compared to banks, shareholders, and the government.

  • Immigration must have benefited this company. It would be interesting to see geographically which stores had more turnover and nett profit.
