  • It is not actually a dessert , it is called as Roti Canai in Thailand, Malaysia. People usually eat this for breakfast. Kids usually eat it with condensed milk. Over the years variations have been made. One of them is Roti Pisang (banana). That's what the lady is making in this video. 😊

  • That's home style egg pancake and mughlai porota (parathha) for us (my mom used to prepare both at home, without the banana, but with tomato, chilli and onion slices to keep it spicy and buttery!) From Bengal, India.😊 P.S. Hers was a bit unique with the bananas.

    • I’m not an expert but I believe it’s just a street food snack that is eaten at anytime in the day. There are also savoury versions of this too, depending on the time of day would determine which type they would choose to eat. The first one she made I believe is eaten more in the morning. As I said I’m not an expert but that’s what I’m lead to believe. Hope that helps ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    • It is actually not a dessert. it is called Roti Canai, a common meal in Thailand neighbouring country, Malaysia. Mostly taken as breakfast, the original is a savoury roti eaten with curry. Kids usually like to eat them with either sugar or condensed milk. Over the year, it evolves to few varieties. One of them is the sweet roti, Roti Pisang (Pisang means Banana) which the lady here made in the video.
