That's the reason I wanna learn Turkish I hate reading subtitles lol
Same thinking
“Tanıştığımıza memnun oldum “ literally harder than my life 😂
You can just say "Memnun oldum" like we usually do in rl. It means just "I am glad" but in the right context it wouldn't cause any trouble.
Only in the beginning, give it a couple of months and you will find that the whole language dependes on repeated suffixes.Turkish is a very well organized and logical language.

I guess the hardest thing for the Europeans to learn to prounounce Turkish correctly is the "R" letter at the end of the word. The Turks pronounce it one way when speaking fast, and another way when speaking slow. And they seem not to be aware that it sounds nothing like R but more like zh or sh.
Yes I was so confused just now, so what is the correct way?
It sounds like the the Russian letter “ж” I was confused I thought it’s supposed to be a r sound
@@anitat9447 When I was in Turkey, at least in the European side, they all seem to pronounce "R" like r, nothing like "rzh". So I believe that none of us non-Turks should be bothered by what to them seems to be a finesse.

@@melisa9497 thanks for giving me hope. But how i can learn ?
@@iz6870 First of all, you shouldn't force yourself to grasp the alphabet well, grasp the mouth movement of each letter well, but it is very normal that you can't do it well at first, it is a very normal harsh language and the word meaning and mouth movements may change depending on the mood Turkish is a more emotional, that is, intuitive language, when a word is angry, happy or any. the situation may vary, the way to overcome this requires a lot of practice and listening.

I am living in Turkey and this is very helpful video for me
Everything sounds so familiar when you are a fan of Turkish shows. But yes sentences and clear pronunciation helped very much.
Fun fact: Should i be surprised that I know all of these words?? Answer is "No". Cause i have watched nearly 25 Turkish series and i am almost fluent in Turkish 🤣
Almost fluent in Turkish when you only know two words 🤣 good luck with that
