YORK RAILWAY MUSEUM | A walk amongst world famous trains.
Just a quick visit to York Railway Museum, as I only had a little amount of time in York. It was great to see all the old trains, such as the Flying Scotsman, Mallard, Duchess of Hamilton, and also others like the Intercity 125, Eurostar, and Shinkansen (Bullet train).
Join me as I wander around the museum and North shed.

About Me
These are my travels and adventures around the United Kingdom and Europe. All filmed on my GoPro, with exception to 'The Vault' videos, which were filmed on a Sony DCR-HC39E in 2008. All videos are edited by myself.
See videos for more information on the location, my thoughts, and official web address of the places I visit.
How can I support the channel?
Just watching my videos is support, and very much appreciated, but if you wish to do so, you can buy me a coffee via Ko-Fi. All Ko-Fi donations will go towards my adventures, and I will include your name/username in a future video as a thank you.

Loved this! I agree, the Hamilton & Mallard are so pretty 😍
They stand out from all the rest. Thanks for watching. I really appreciate it.
It's definitely a delightful train coverage, the museum is extremely interesting !! Greetings from India.
It's a great place to visit. Thank you.
A great visit. Apart from the famous Shinkansen. "The famous Shinkansen" just leaves me cold. The Eurostar, (was it the Class 373?), is much more interesting. I'm a great supporter of the Jacobs Bogie.
I'm not a big fan of the Shinkansen, I prefer the Duchess of Hamilton and Mallard when it comes to the trains in the museum. The Eurostar was the Class 373, hoping to travel on a Eurostar in the near future. Thanks for your comment.
@@smogontheline You're welcome. I am currently attempting to build a Class 373, with Jacobs Bogies, for my T-Gauge layout. They were the longest and fastest trains in Britain. And do look most impressive, galaxies ahead of the Class 800/801/802.
@@Demun1649 Would be good to see it once you've completed it.
@@smogontheline I will be putting it "up".
