I’ve been a professional windshield/windscreen fitter for 13 years and I didn’t know this! I don’t often see trim like that on the vehicles I work on but when I do, I usually use a small pick. Thanks for teaching me a new technique.

I want to wrap the chrome with carbon fiber tape, have the tool, have the tape, need it to cool down now then I'll find another excuse to stall doing this.

Using the same tool from HF...Them clips will make you change yo' religion from Christian to Atheist...I don't know how or what Ford was thinkin' using them...They rust and break off and if you ain't careful, you will crack your Windshield like I did...Good luck tryna get trim back on after you take off...Like I said...Them clips will make you change yo' religion...

Thanks man! I noticed the tool you used has sharper points and the one i got from HF so i sharpened them and with the knowledge you gave us, the clips on my 69 mustang came off easily...well i got them off my trim safely 😁

Ahh yes the F150 mouldings. Make sure if you replace the w/s you don’t set it to high cause you’ll crack the w/s when you smack the moulding back on 😉
