We prefer to eat all our veggies in pizza-form.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. In a food processor, pulse steamed broccoli until grated. Squeeze water out in a dish towel. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Transfer dough to a parchment-lined, greased baking sheet and shape into a thin, round crust. Bake until golden and dried out, 20 minutes.
4. Top with marinara, remaining cheeses and pepperoni and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes more. Garnish with basil.
INGREDIENTS
1 large head broccoli, chopped and steamed
1 large egg
2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
1/2 c. Parmesan, divided
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. marinara sauce
1/4 c. pepperoni
Fresh basil, for serving

I love your music also
I made this tonight. It was awesome. It was better than I expected.
How so @Mighty Lara? How was it better then you expect, please elaborate.
It had way more flavor than I thought it would. I thought I would miss the bread crust, but I didn't. I thought making the broccoli crust would be tedious, but it was very easy. I would do this again!
Thank You! It is so far the best recipe I found.
It’s so GOOOD
I'm not used to this! 😲 *mind blown*
That looks so good!!
looks good
i like it
how many calories is this..none?
how calorie intensive is that crust? I'm looking for relatively low calorie replacements for my favorite foods.
gozob I'm guessing this would be about 400-500 calories.for the whole pizza 800-900 which is 600 less then normal pizza
Looks awesome! Wonder what other veggies can be used in the base other than broccoli and cauliflower.
