Fully Functional Chainsaw Man Cosplay (Part 1 - Making Chainsaw Man’s Helmet)
This was the hardest project we've done so far on the channel, it was a lot of work but we finally made a Chainsaw Man cosplay that actually moves like a real chainsaw, and we really liked the result. This is the first of a series of videos about Chainsaw Man that we will have here on the channel.

My toxic trait is believing I can make this and pull it off in the first attempt.
It is a more complicated project and full of details. It's completely normal to make mistakes sometimes. We had to redo this entire cosplay 3 to 4 times until it worked, it took 1 month longer than we planned. I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle kzhead.infoUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.

Just search for a moterreductor and a 9v battery, and connect them together, you could also add a switch

Do I have to use 6v motor? I tried to make many times with 3v motor, with bearing or making structure like real chain, but all failed.(the chain never moved.) So I wonder is it because the motor is too weak... thank you for this video and sorry for asking comment! I really want to make successful!😢
Don't worry! ♡ This cosplay is really complex and we also failed several times until get it moving. We used a 6v motor, and it worked fine. Using a stronger engine might be better too. Infelizmente não, os moldes que fiz foram feitos à olho no papel, e depois fui ajustando as medidas no próprio EVA. Então não tenho os moldes e medidas certinhas 🥲
