The most difficult part for me is the defensive part
You see I don’t defend I learnt that players like Mbappé,Rashford and Vinicius they press from the front
@@godwinjrofobi2357 yeah but my coach t says that I need to go all the way down to defend and when there’s a counter attack I can’t join with the attack
same I've the same problem cuz i want to drop down and join the defend but I also want to press from the from too
@@qxizxyt keep close and apply pressure on your opponents full back when defending, because he’ll be the main person to beat on the attack
That's a strikers duty. Your task is to hinder the pass to their winger. Cut it off, let them roll around. Your duty is accomplished.@@bayleysanderson791
This is genuinely really good advice, I’ve been moved to RW and really worried about where I should be and when I should run. Be confident in 1v1 situations because as you said behind the defender is open space. If you aren’t confident remember passing back isn’t a bad idea, it’s better to keep the ball moving!
Thanks for watching!! Hope you are able to identify these situations more in matches now!

" For 90 minutes a player is on the ball for an average of 3mins, therefore its not what you do on the ball but what you do off it for 87 mins what defines you to be a good player"...... Johan Cruyff
